典例1 I worked as a guide at the Natural History Museum．我在自然历史博物馆当导游。

(1)as(prep．)作为，当作。后跟名词作宾语。

work as＋职业，意为“以……身份工作”

(2)natural(adj．)自然的，天生的。nature是名词，意为“自然，大自然”。

典例2 How interesting！多么有趣啊！

(1)这是一个感叹句，句子结构为：How＋形容词或副词＋(主语＋谓语)!

(2)感叹句多以what或how开头，what引导的感叹句结构如下：

What＋a/an＋形容词＋可数名词单数＋主语＋谓语！ What＋形容词＋可数名词复数/不可数名词＋主语＋谓语！

典例3 I stayed up late to watch the soccer game．为了看足球赛我熬到很晚。

(1)stay v．停留，待，经常和介词at连用，后面接地点，和介词with连用，后面经常接人作宾语。

(2)stay up意为“熬夜；深夜不眠”。

e．g．Don't stay up late．It's bad for your health．不要熬夜，这对你的健康不好。
