小学英语毕业班教学经验交流 今年毕业班英语学科是首次进行监测，这说明小学英语教育逐渐被各方面所重视，我校的小学英语师资队伍较为整齐，有5名专职的英语教师，其中有两位任教毕业班，两位老师各任教两个班，这在一定程度上会对老师们有所鞭策，而且也有利于老师狠抓成绩，提高教学质量。另外去年我们六年级的教室里也都配备了多媒体设备，教学过程更直观，更有助于学生掌握知识。下面我从五个方面来谈谈我校在抓英语教学方面的一些做法，跟大家交流，也希望能向大家取经。 一、了解学生学情，加强日常单词教学 我校学生基本上都是民工子女，学生家庭环境不是很好，父母亲每天早出晚归务工在外，学生缺少父母的督促和监管，学习习惯不太良好，课堂上所学内容不能在课后及时巩固，学生英语基础相对较差，两极分化比较严重，学困生比重偏大，可以说，要想从整体上提高学生的英语成绩，难度还是很大的，而我们学校的学生最大难处就在单词记忆这一块，在三-五年级时没有记忆单词的习惯，家长根本就不过问。因此，在单词学习这一块及早动手，毕业班的老师们会在六年级上学期就把三-六年级的四会英语单词分类归类、复印，然后发放给学生，人手一份；把班级学生分成小组，四个、五个一组，让学生相互帮助，自主合作复习单词；然后我在课堂教学中设置了5分钟四会单词听写，以促进学生对单词的学习，每节课听写5-7个单词，以保证对现学单词的巩固记忆和对前面年级所学单词的复习。基础好的学生基本上能做到每天的单词都会书写，这占班级总人数的40%的样子，这部分学生不需你刻意的关注，自主学习能力很强；基础中等的学生大概也占40%，他们是需要鼓励的一部分，你引导得好上进很快，信心也慢慢起来了；而剩下的20%的学生基本属于学困的，对他们不要做太高的要求，我的做法是对这部分学生鼓励他们每天记一个或者两个单词，其他的几个记不下来的就每个抄十遍或二十遍，让他们对这些单词有点印象就行。学校里再通过组织六年级全体学生单词过关这样的活动来对学生的单词识记情况进行摸底。这样下来学生对记单词没有很大的压力，也很乐意做，对单词的记忆在总复习前基本能做完，单词这关过了，复习起来就轻车熟路了。 二、透彻了解教材，精心制定复习计划 总复习不同于将所有学过的内容简单地再过一遍，其关键在于对全部教材的内容进行梳理，使学生在脑海里建立起知识间的联系，达到举一反三、融会贯通，从而夯实已学知识，并形成运用能力。要达到这种效果，我们老师必须对教材系统有比较透彻的了解，对各单元之间的关系、各主题在全部教材中的地位、各大知识和话题板块的内容及要求有深刻的认识。现行的英语教材，词汇量、句型、日常交际用语比较多，在复习前，对复习内容及复习安排做到心中有数，目标明确。根据学生实际情况，针对他们在学习上的薄弱环节制定切实可行的复习计划，合理安排复习时间，然后依照计划精心设计好每一节复习课进行有效的复习。在情景中复现有关语言材料，鼓励学生尝试自已去总结归纳出一些共性的语言规律。教师对这些语言规律，进行系统的梳理，帮助学生把这些语言知识内化为自
