xxxx年4月14日我有幸参加了我校小学英语教师基本功大赛活动。
本次比赛活才艺展示、口语、教学设计等。
通过这次比赛,我开阔了眼界,看到了自己与参赛教师之间的差距。
本次比赛,各学校极为重视,每天都选派一定数量的英语教师来观摩演习。
各参赛教师认真备课,精心施教,把自己美丽的一面和高超的教学艺术展示出来,为我们奉献上优秀课例。
本次比赛县教研室培训中心为英语教师们搭建了一个展示自我才艺的平台给我们提供了一个相互观摩、学习、切磋的好机会,更调动了我们不断学习、共同提高自身业务水平的积极性,切实促进了教师的专业化成长。
下面我从以下方面谈一下自己的体会。
比赛,同时也是展示,更是相互学习!发现不足才能更好的进步,纵观本次口语中选手们的表现,我有几下几点建议:1、加强语音、语调的规范练习。
虽然在本次比赛中,选手们的表现已经不错了,但追求永无止境,我们可以也应该做到更好。
大部分选手的语音、语调是正确有余,而规范不足,也就是说单个听音是对了,却就是缺乏那么一点“味道”,缺乏一点“地道英语的味道”。
2、加强自身的学习,提高话题表达的水平。
就内容方面来说,虽然没有明显的跑题现象,但部分选手的主题并不鲜明;也有部分选手的演讲逻辑性不强;还有部分选手词汇量不足,导致演讲的内容过少,时间过短;另外,大多数选手在演讲结束的时候,都缺乏一个主题的升华。
3、加强练习,不断提升演讲的表现力与感染力。
演讲,是以理服人,以情感人,因此,在演讲中,选手在台上的情感表现非常重要。
这一点,还是本次比赛中多数选手所欠缺的。
比如,语调的抑扬顿挫,情感的高低起伏,肢体语言的恰当运用,表情动作的丰富呈现等。

第九届全国高中英语教师教学基本功大赛暨教学观摩研讨会我市选手取得优异成绩金秋十月,秋风送爽。
2015年10月19日至23日,第九届全国高中英语教师教学基本功大赛暨教学观摩研讨会在美丽的四川省绵阳市成功举办。
此次大会由国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究中心主办,由绵阳中学实验学校协办,由英语辅导报社、考试与评价杂志社承办。
重庆市教育科学研究院特别重视此次大赛,经过层层筛选和选拔,最终派出两名在教育教学方面有突出成绩的老师作为代表参赛。
他们分别是:应斌(来自西南大学附属中学校);方正(重庆一中)。
10月20日上午9点,由国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究中心副秘书长、英语辅导报社北京研发中心主任盖丽娃主持开幕式,并有幸邀请原教育部基础教育司司长王文湛老师就新高考做精彩发言。
紧接着由国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究中心常委、重庆市教育科学研究院教研员伍家文主持专家报告。
国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究中心副主任、秘书长,国际英语外语教师协会中国分会会长包天仁教授就Ten Cs in English Language Teaching做了精彩的报告。
20日下午,方正老师参加了教师教学基本功大赛说课比赛。
方正老师说课的主题为The City of the Future,教材内容来源于外研社版高中英语教材。
方老师从teaching material, teaching principles, learning strategies等方面详细的说明本节课的主要内容。
值得一提地是,方老师用时下很流行的“与siri对话”的方式作为引入,十分新颖。
他的教态、肢体语言极富感染力,个人素质高,基本功扎实。
教学设计新颖且合理,各层次的学生均学有所得,巧妙恰当的回答评委提出的问题,获得专家评委一致好评。
最后获得全国一等奖、最佳语音奖。

2015年4月23日,由国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究中心主办的“第九届全国初中英语教师教学基本功大赛暨教学观摩研讨会”在昆明圆满落下帷幕。
本届大赛共有来自全国各省市的百余名优秀教师代表参赛,经过激烈角逐,我校南开中学教师焦鹏与朱倩妮分别获得全国初中英语教师教学基本功大赛一等奖与全国初中英语课堂教学优秀课展评一等奖。
教学基本功大赛参赛选手由各省(自治区、直辖市)在各项教学活动中选拔出的优秀初中英语教师代表各省(自治区、直辖市)参加现场授课比赛。
在教师基本功大赛的笔试和微课的评选中,焦鹏老师以天津市第一名的优秀成绩脱颖而出,被选派代表天津市参加现场授课的比赛。
根据教师现场授课水平,依据教学基本功评价标准,专家进行现场打分、评分,焦鹏老师以其纯正流利的英语、幽默风趣的师生互动,与环环相扣的教学设计,获得了现场评委与教师代表评委的一致肯定,呈现了一堂“激活学生、内化知识,做到走进教材与走出教材”的优秀展示课,最终夺得教学基本功大赛一等奖与最佳板书设计奖。
这是一次高水平高规格的比赛,焦鹏老师本次比赛所取得的成绩得益于校领导对于青年教师成长的重视与培养,以及英语学科积极发挥团队优势,在准备阶段马桂芝、杜明环、裴爽等老师和焦鹏老师一起磨课,经过了多次的试讲和修改,最终再一次丰富了协作、拼搏的南开人精神内涵,从而成功地在大赛中展示了南开人应有的风采!。
