摘要
招标控制价是根据国家或省级、行业建设主管部门颁发的有关计价依据和办法，按设计施工图纸计算的，对招标工程限定的最高工程造价。招标控制价包括分部分项工程费、措施项目费、其它项目费、规费、税金。本设计的主要内容为辽宁省实验高中辽滨校区4号宿舍楼施工项目招标控制价的编制。
本设计从宿舍楼的设计施工图纸和有关资料入手，工程建筑总面积为4959.53平方米，工程类别为四类工程，抗震等级为三级，抗震设防烈度为7度。根据《11G101-1、2、3图集》和《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的规则计算出钢筋、混凝土、装饰等各分部分项工程量，并列出工程量清单。在此基础上，按照辽宁省建设工程计价依据《A建筑工程计价定额》、《B装饰装修工程计价定额》、《建设工程费用标准》计算出相应的招标控制价，并列出招标控制价、工程量清单计价表以及综合单价分析表。最后，依据以上内容对本设计进行经济技术分析。工程总造价为5,785,848.63 元，每平米造价为1166.74元。

Abstract
The bidding controlled price, according to the national or provincial level, the administrative department of construction industry issued by the relevant valuation basis and method, calculated according to the construction drawings, is the highest engineering cost limit of the bidding projects. The main content of this design is programming the bidding controlled price of the hujing ban gong lou building.
This design from xushuguan well of office building design and construction drawings and related information, project total construction area of 4959.63 square meters, the project category for the four types of engineering, earthquake resistant level for level 3, the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees. According to the atlas of g101 11-1, 2, 3, and the rules of "construction project quantities list valuation specification" to calculate the steel and concrete, decoration and so on

On this basis, according to the construction of liaoning province valuation on the basis of "A building engineering valuation norm", "B decoration engineering valuation norm", "standard of construction project cost" to calculate the corresponding bidding control valence, table lists the tender control price, the quantities bill valuation and comprehensive unit price analysis table. Finally, based on the above content to design economic and technical analysis. Engineering total cost is 5,785,848.63 yuan per square metre cost of 1166.74 yuan.
