Finally, I still have to introduce myself to you. My name is yangchongqi, from shandong province. I'm the only child in my family.
I'm interested in lots of things, computer, calligraphy, painting, shooting, sports and so on, but I'm expert in none of these interests. There are objective and subjective factors. Nothing is worth saying.
In the past year, the happiest thing is I can study in ECNU with so many outstanding classmates. Other than that, the point is we have so professional teachers just like you. I feel so lucky to be here.
From my class performance, you can see I’m not a student who always answer questions actively. I don’t know why, actually I don’t want to do like that, everybody likes to have a good performance, maybe it’s because I’m afraid, just like right now, I’m nervous too, another reason might be I didn’t make enough preparation for it, I always delay everything,take this test for example, I summarized these six topics at 11 o’clock today. So only two hours to recite.It’s a terrible habit, I think it must be difficult to get rid of this bad habit, but I still wish I can make some change at the latter days.

The Belt and Road Initiative refers to the Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, a significant development strategy launched by the Chinese government with the intention of promoting economic co-operation among countries along the proposed Belt and Road routes. The Initiative has been designed to enhance the orderly free-flow of economic factors and the efficient allocation of resources. The Belt and Road Initiative aims to connect Asia, Europe and Africa along five routes. Focussing on the five routes, the Belt and Road will take advantage of international transport routes as well as core cities and key ports to further strengthen collaboration and build six international economic co-operation corridors. These have been identified as the New Eurasia Land Bridge.
The belt and Road Initiative will also promote the spread of Chinese culture, tai Ji Quan as a form of Chinese culture, is also very important in the spread of Chinese culture, I hope I can be one of the Chinese culture disseminator.
Tai Ji Quan is a soft, slow and light boxing. Its movements are gentle, comfortable, flexible, continuous and fluent.
The name of “tai Ji Q uan” comes from the Chinese ancient philosophy “Yin Yang” and “Tai J i”. “Tai” means supreme, and “J i” means the initial beginning or the highest point. With the integration of Quan and Tai Ji theory, Tai Ji Quan gradually came into being.
During the long term spread, Tai Ji Quan has developed into many schools, among which five are provided with relatively obvious characteristics. They are: Chen style, Yang style, Wu style, Wu style, and Sun style.
The Tai Ji exercises combine steady, flowing and graceful movements with deep breathing to promote flexibility, circulation and balance. It may also help reduce pain, stiffness, stress and other symptoms of chronic conditions such as arthritis, and diabetes.
Mid-Autumn Festival is a harvest festival, celebrated in most East Asian countries, such as China and Vietnam. The festival takes places on month 8 day 15 of the Chinese calendar. In 2018 it's on September 24th.
It is the second most important festival in China after Chinese New Year. To the Chinese, the festival means family reunion and peace.
Mid-Autumn was first celebrated as a festival during the Northern Song Dynasty (960–1127). Like the emperors, ancient people believed worshipping the moon and eating together round a table would bring them good luck and happiness.
It is also called "the moon festival" as it is celebrated when the moon is believed to be the biggest and fullest.
Chinese people celebrate the festival with many traditional and meaningful activities, such as eating dinner with family, hanging lanterns, guessing lantern riddles, and worshipping the moon. Mooncakes are the must-eat Mid-Autumn food in China. They are a kind of traditional Chinese pastry. Chinese people see in the roundness of mooncakes a symbol of reunion and happiness.
Iimagined living in the ancient time more than once. What impressed me much is the pictures and movies on TV, the architecture and life style and society I like much.
If I’m a time traveler, I would like to go back to Song dynasty. The song dynasty had a free social atmosphere. I want to live in that social environment.There was sufficient freedom of speech in the song dynasty, you don't have to be afraid to say the wrong thing.The song dynasty
has the oldest shopping centers, called 瓦子. In the wazi, you not only buy the goods, but also
enjoy programs such as Chinese folk art forms, sideshow, bird training and cockfighting.
The song dynasty opened the night market, People can also go out at night, to buy something. The restaurant industry in the song dynasty was very developed, now the ham,tangyuan, hotpot and other delicacies and snacks we eat are all invented or popular in the song dynasty.
In additional, I’m fond of So ng poem, then I can witness how the great poets make such beautiful poems. Just like I mentioned in my self-introduction, I am interested in calligraphy, the slender gold style which was created by emperor Huizong of Song dynasty is one of my favorite styles.
