电动工具安全操作规程
1.0PURPOSE目的
Standardizing technicians to operate electric tools in right way and to reduce injuries.
规范技术员正确使用电动工具,减少工伤事故的发生.
2.0SCOPE范围
Apply for FE department of **, **, **, **and **
适用于**, **, **, **和**货仓的公用设备部.
3.0RESPONSIBILITY责任
Each person in FE dept. should use and maintain electric tools according to instructions and requests.
每个公用设备部技术员都有责任按要求使用,保养电动工具。
4.0Definition 定义
Electric tools include: electric drilling machine, electric drill, electric saw, grinder.
电动工具包括: 钻床,冲击钻, 电锯,砂轮机.
5.0 PROCEDURE程序
5.1 Portable electric tools with insulating wire and socket should grounding or double insulated
手提式带绝缘电线及插座的电动工具必须接地或双倍绝缘;
5.2 Electricity supply should be cut off before or after use, and when replace blade, bit, cutting tool etc.
在工具不用时,工作前,以及替换刀片, 钻头和刀具等零件时,必须关断电源;
5.3 Prohibit from dismounting protecting device or other safety device.
严禁擅自拆除防护装置和其他安全装置;
5.4 Usage of portable electric tools with insulating wire and socket
手提式带绝缘电线及插座的电动工具的使用.
Before use, operator should check:
每天在使用前,必须先检查:
5.4.1 Parts are loose or tight
零件是否有松动;
5.4.2 Plug is deformed or come off
插头是否变形或脱落;
5.4.3 Insulation is damaged or not
绝缘是否损坏;
5.4.4 Any damage inside (such as insulation crushed or broken)
是否发现内部可能损坏的迹象(如:绝缘压缩或压裂);
5.4.5 Outer casing is broken or not
外壳是否破裂或断开;
5.5 Should attach label when find any portable electric tool with insulating wire and socket is broken down (such as:
not s afe, don’t use). And stop using, send out for repair or replace.
发现已损坏或有故障的手提式带绝缘电线及插座的电动工具必须立即贴上标签(如:不安全, 请不要使用), 并停止使用,立即送去维修和更换.
5.6 Usage of electric tools 电动工具的使用
When use electric tools, operator should:
在使用电动工具时, 操作员:
5.6.1 Prohibit from exceeding rated power
严禁超过工具的额定功率;
5.6.2 Ensure that other people are at safety site
必须确保所有其他工作人员在安全的距离外;
5.6.3 Ensure wire is kept out of heat source, oil and sharp objects
必须保持电线远离热源, 油和锋利的物品;
5.6.4 Use clamping apparatus or vice to fix equipment, so that two hands can operate electric tools safely.
必须用夹钳和老虎钳来固定器材, 以便双手能安全地操作电动工具;
5.6.5 Ensure yourself stand firm and keep balance. Be sure you are not in water when use electric tools.
必须确保自已站稳和保持身体平衡, 千万不要站在水里使用电动工具;
5.6.6 Be sure your hands are clean before use electric tools.
在使用电动工具前确保双手清洁.
5.7 Points for attention about grinder usage
砂轮机的注意事项
5.7.1 Must cut off electricity supply when replace grinding wheel.
更换砂轮或调整操作台的高度时, 必须关掉和断开连接砂轮的电源开关;
5.7.2 Prohibit from dismount or cover protecting device or other safety device.
严禁拆卸或屏蔽防护装置和其他安全装置;
5.7.3 Must check before use grinder. Operator should:
每天使用砂轮机关,必须先检查. 操作员应该:
?Check grinding wheel
检查砂轮的情况;
?Be sure protecting cover or protecting device is at original place.
保证护罩和防护装置在原位并调整适当;
5.7.4 Should attach label the grinder broken down (such as not safe, Don’t use), and send out for repair or replace.
损坏或有故障的砂轮机必须立即贴上标签 (如不安全, 请不要使用) 并立即更换和送去维修;
5.7.5 Should use grinder at designated site.
使用砂轮机时,必须在砂轮机的指定位置进行操作.
5.8 Points for attention drill press 钻床使用注意事项
5.8.1 Workpiece should be hold firmly, when drilling the small one , we should use the jig to hold it, forbid to hold
by hands.
工件夹装必须牢固可靠,钻小件时,应用工具夹持, 不准用手拿着钻.
5.8.2 Choose the right speed and adjust the limitative block when it is running automatically. When controlling by
hands, we should according to the fundamental of increase press then we should avoid to make the aiguilles rupture by overexert.
使用自动走刀时,要选好进给速度, 调整好行程限位块. 手动进刀时,一般按照逐渐加压原则进行,以免用力过猛造成钻头断裂.
5.8.3 If there are long scrap iron around the aiguille, stop running, stop running, clean up by bush or cleek, not blow
by wind and drag by hands.
钻头上绕有长铁屑时,要停车清除, 禁止用风吹, 用手拉, 要用刷子或铁钩清除.
5.8.4 Drilling deep holds, avoid to not bump to falc hion, don’t overexert when pull out the pin.
精铰深孔时,拔取圆器和销棒, 不可用力过猛, 以免手撞在刀具上.
5.8.5 Forbid to overturn, hold or measure the workpiece when the falchion is running, and the hand not allowed to
touch it.
不准在旋转的刀具上翻转, 卡压或测量工件, 手不准触摸旋转的工具.
5.8.6 Using the rock er drill, it is not allowed anything exist in the across arm’s circumgyrate area across arm should
be clip tight and nothing can be place in worktable and across arm before working.
作用摇臂钻时,横臂回转范围内不准有障碍物. 工作前, 横臂必须卡紧, 横臂和工作台上不准确放其它物件.
5.8.7 When the work is end the power should be shut down, across arm need to be lowered to the lowest place, near
the stand pole and clip tight, clean up the machine.
工作结束时应断电拉闸, 横臂降到最低位置, 轴箱靠近立柱, 且都要卡紧; 清洁工作台及机器的铁屑杂物等.
5.9 Points for attention about cutting machine 切割机使用注意事项
5.9.1 W ear proper work clothes and button the wrist bands. Don’t wear too loose clothes. Wear hair-protection hat.
穿戴合身的工作服, 将袖口扣紧. 不要穿过肥大的服装和敞领衬衫.留长发或有辫子时, 要戴护发帽.
5.9.2 Operator should wear eyes protection goggles.
操作者应佩戴符合质量要求的防异物伤害护目镜, 最常用的是防护眼镜.
5.9.3 Check the safety device on dangerous parts before start, and have a turning test with loading nothing.
开动切割机前, 应仔细检查切割机上危险部位的安全装置是否安全可靠, 并作空载试验.
5.9.4 When cutting machine works, prohibit touching turning parts, prohibit from installing or uninstalling safety
device. Prohibit from cleaning cutting bits with hands, should use hook, brush or special tools.
切割机运转时, 禁止用手触摸旋转部件, 禁止运转中取下或安装安全装置.不得用手清除切屑,应使用钩子,刷子或专用工具清除切屑.
5.9.5 Forbid wearing gloves when operate cutting machine in case that turning parts twist gloves even body.
操作中不可使用手套, 防止运转部件绞缠手套以至人体.
5.9.6 Should stop machine immediately and check it when find the machine works abnormally. And cut off
machine the electricity supply or other start button when power failure and take out knife from workpiece.
发现切割机运转不正常时, 应立即停机检查. 当突然意外停电时,应立即切断机器电源或其他启动机构,并把刀具退出工件部位.
5.9.7 Forbid blowing dust or dirt articles from clothes or hair with compressed air, in case that injure ears and eyes.
不得用压缩空气去吹衣服或头发上的尘土或脏物,以免损伤耳朵和眼睛.
5.9.8 When work ends, should shut down machine and cut off the electricity supply, take out knife and workpiece
from machine, clean and put away all the tools, clamps and measuring tools, clean the cutting bits and put into waste cabinets according to respective kinds, clean the machine carefully.
工作结束后,应关闭机器,切断电源,把刀具和工件从加工位置上退出,清理并安放好所使用的工,夹,量具, 清理所有切屑,并按切屑的种类分别放入指定的废料箱内,仔细清擦机器.
5.10 Should ware proper personal protective equipment in right way when handle electric tools. Prohibit from waring
roomy clothes and jewellery that may occur twining.
操作电动工具时, 必须正确穿戴个人防护用品, 严禁穿戴可能发生缠绕的宽松衣服和珠宝首饰.
