1.sillbeam工装凳法兰板焊接位置不对导致法兰上的孔与sillbeam上的孔错位。(图号:

DN4180160)Flange plate welding position on sillbeam tooling is wrong and holes on flange was mismatched with sillbeam hole (drawing)。

2.The weld joint of trolley should be grinded smoothly according to the drawing DN4217860

焊接接头的电车应该磨DN4217860顺利按图纸

3.小车制动器上的螺栓(件30)图纸上是M24×150 A2-80 实际到货的是M24×150 镀锌。

The hex screw of trolley brake is M24×150 A2-80 according to drawing NO.N4335312.Actually the arrival of hex screw is M24×150 HDG.

4.前梁的紧急停止,插座等电气设备无号码管.There are no cable label on emergency stop、

sockets and other electrical equipment of front sillbeam 。

5.The most bolt of contactor loose in electric cabinet。

was 180mm.

32.Most of bolts on tooling had not been tighten.In addition,these bolts are broken because

they had not been lubricate when assembly.

33.Rubber pressure on the cable location does not conform to the specification

74.The second structure of stainless steel was deformated after welding. 不锈钢次结

1.Reinforced plate is welded on the product directly, and this phenomenon has been appeared

2.TThe support frame of trolley platform was deformed due to poor protection during

3.Side plate is dislocation and bingger than 3-5mm.侧板错位3-5mm.

4.After welding the Spacing Bar,no rectification finished、without approvaled by the SQE,they

sand blasted and painted.

5.REC not according to the ITP during the Cabin assembly befroe welding,though REC sent

inspection plan (before welding), welding finished at site when inspection.

6.The cable should be cut to 12M a section according to drawing.But the worker cut it to 3M.

7.The WAGO was not Fixed(in X600).The wires are missing on contactor of E-cabinet(in X600).

8.The E-house is short of 1PC JP107277 Fuse、1PC JP107262 Switch、1PC JP113495 Computer、

2PCS 65270145 Fuse、1PC JP110243 Bracket、1PC N4734550 F2 cover,and there are some problems on K50-K51、1.5M internet cable、JP107218 cable。

9.EE-house walls has bubbles .

10.The draw bar is broken.

11.Position of the stand(N4158260) is wrong.

12.The span signed should be 798mm according to drawing.Now it is about 600mm.

13.Rain cover was distorted seriously.

14.Touch up had not been done yet.

15.It was rusted already.

18. During the shop testing ,Two pieces PLC module (A628/A622)in trolley E-box X600 do not

work.

20.Four magnetic induction limits of steering are damaged when factory assembly testing.

21.Power supply connection error on the rectifier block terminals.

22.The auxiliary contact of braker F201 in X200 has quality defects.

23.Distance between wheels of trolley is 6740±2 (center to center), for machine no. 41206/

41209, the dimension is out of tolerance, actual dimension as table below.

24.The grating fitting clamp should be HDG according to the specification.But the coming clamp

is electro galvanized.

25.The slot hole of cable channel bracket has been made by 7mm,smaller than requirement of

drawing(9mm) as shown.

26.The cable skin(KS100918) was damaged seriously.Can see the shield layer.See the middle

photo below.

27.The cable skin(KS100923) was damaged. See the right photo below.

28.Diesel engine at the top of chimney is distorted.

The labels of PLC switch and oil meter should be in Russian .

29.Impact test result is 11.4J,11.1J,19.5J lower than the requirement of

GB/T1591-2008(34J),and it does not meet the standard 6.4.2.2 of GB/T1591-2008.

Spalling was found after applying intermediate coating .

Witnessed by painting service engineer, the primer is not polyurethane after RCI and COSCO Kansai both checking. Rejected!

The welding operation that downward welding in the inclined position is not conform to the requirements of the specification(AWS D1.1).The weld penetration depth is below the required.

1.The QTY of tears are three according to the drawing.But supplier made them full.

2.The requirement of surface is HDG,not paint.

1. Festoon rail of main grider was bent.

2. The paint was damaged seriously.

During spot inspection,QS found the holes for installing the rail clamp device are not concentric.2mm out of tolerance.

The cable skin (3*70+3G16) where 30m location from the cable end was damaged seriously

The demension is 387±1 according to drawing DN4217860.But the actual demension is 392. The rear hitch skew (2N4164860) can't be installed.

Added pad in joint that fit-up the I-bar and square bar but the drawing not require to add pad.The pad size is δ6×25×284mm.

DongDa use welded tube for handrail.As requirement of drawing 38.0 x 2.6 St35 should be seamless tube in DIN2448 .(see attached picture)

Most of punched holes (nose) cracked on the the rung of ladder,rejected.

The anti-rust oil is damage and have more sand in the main girder.

Directly into the sand blasting process without inspection and need to pull out of the sand room for inspection.

Hardness range onto surface of the rail head is 200~260 HB.

After measuring, actual measurement of one rail is between 170 to 190.

3mm deviation between the center of flange and the ear plate center on NO.8 rear

frame .(tolerance +/-1.2)

ZD not according to the ITP during the Drum assembly before welding.

Shalf with end plate welding different from the drawing,ZD used steel backing inside,it's not required.

Impact test result of forging sheave is about 6J~8J, does not meet the standard requirements.

1.The part of the groove surface was treated with hardening procedure(see pic 03).

2.The requirement of design is for whole groove area.

Rejected!

The cable(3*70+3*16CY) is 3 meters shorter than ordered one

Crack was found at service platform on trolly.

The flat bar has deformation and the welding size is bigger than 16mm

1.Paint was damaged seriously.

2.Some structures were bent.

3.Touch up had not been done yet

When open the motor packaging,fixed bolts of terminal box are broken.The connect plugin for the encoder is broken.some paints are damaged.

The bracket of encoder is distorted.

Impact test result is 11.4J,11.1J,19.5J lower than the requirement of GB/T1591-2008(34J),and it does not meet the standard 6.4.2.2 of GB/T1591-2008.

是387±1维的DN4217860根据图纸。但实际维是392。后面的结斜(2 n4164860)不能被安装。

添加垫在联合广场的临时舞台的工字钢和酒吧但是图纸不需要添加垫。这个垫大小是δ6 25××284毫米。

东大使用焊接管的扶手。作为需求的图38.0 x 2.6 St35应该在DIN2448无缝管。(见附件图片)
