 Translation of the contract

 Party A further unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to

indemnify Party B against all actions, proceedings, claims,

demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, charges and expenses

of whatever nature which may result or which Party B may incur or

sustain directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with the

Guarantee and to repay to Party B immediately all amount paid by

Party B in connection with said Guarantee, together with all costs

of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees if permitted by

law, which may be incurred by way of legal proceedings or

otherwise.

Translation of the sentences

1. We Shall appreciate it if you will effect shipment as soon as possible,

thus enabling our buyers to catch the brisk demand at the start of season.

2. We are glad to learn that you opened a credit letter with the National

Bank, in favor of Smith & Co., for the amount of $100, 000 covering the

order available, till December 31.

3. Doing business in far- flung countries means dealing with people who

are very different from you and they have different religions, engage in

different customs, live different life styles, and rely on different

approaches in business.

4. This law has been formulated in order to improve the employment

contract system, to specify the rights and obligations of the parties to

employment contract, to protect the lawful rights and interests employees

and to build and to develop harmonious and stable employment

relationship.
