三、竞赛的组织分三个阶段：初赛——由各有关院（校）组织；复赛——由有关省、市、自治区教育厅（教委）高职高专教育主管部门组织，请于规定时间将参加决赛的2名选手的详细信息报至大赛组委会。

决赛——由考委会和高等教育出版社联合组织。

四、竞赛方式与内容初赛：参照复赛的方式和内容由各参赛院校自定。

各校参加复赛的人数由省市自治区主办单位决定。

复赛：按照决赛的方式和内容进行。

决赛：决赛将采取淘汰方式产生优胜者，将在每个赛项后淘汰1/3选手，最终名次在最后一部分题目结束后产生。

决赛内容由脱稿发言、现场描述和情景交流三部分组成（详见附件：第二届全国高职高专实用英语口语大赛样题），每位选手依次进行，比赛完毕后依次报分并按总分报出名次和成绩。

1．脱稿发言：参赛者抽取一篇应用性文字（150个英语词左右），准备20分钟后进行脱稿复述。

要求语音语调正确，表达自然流畅。

文字内容包括：欢迎辞、会议主持人讲话、节目主持人讲话、导游辞（日程安排、景点介绍等）、答谢辞、告别讲话、欢送辞等。

2．现场描述：参赛者抽取一幅表现某一情景的画图、图表、广告等，根据给出的说明（如进出口额、市场变化、人口变动、生产状况、生产指标、景点介绍等）进行口头陈述。

陈述时间为3分钟。

3．情景交流：参赛者抽取一个题目，由一位主试对参赛者进行一对一的现场交谈。

交谈内容涉及以下方面：●一般日常交际：迎送、日程安排、住宿安排、宴请、陪同购物、游览、就诊等；●企业介绍：历史、现状；●产品介绍：类型、性能、规格、市场、销售等；●涉外业务：合作意向、投资意向、签订合同、人员培训、专家待遇、议价、折扣、订货、交货、投诉等。
