It explains the cleaning ways of B+S bottle cleaning machine

3.Procedure
3.1 The cleaning procedures before cleaning bottle
3.1.1 The cleaning procedures of bottle cleaning machine
Turn on valve of air compression and the general supply that controls bottle cleaning
machine. Turn 3 to the right on the control board in order to raise bottle cleaning machine
shield.
3.1.1.1 Checkup whether there is residual penicillin, fragment, and glass crumbs or not.
If any, please clean up. First, wipe bottle washing machines and penicillin parts of direct
contact (e.g. bottle entering turntable, bottle entering track, bottle producing track, and
module of clamping the bottle, etc.) with clean cloth dipping injection liquid at least three
times until no sundries are visible.
3.1.1.2 Next wipe the inner assemblies of bottle cleaning machines with clean cloth
dipping injection liquid at least three times until no subsidiaries can be visible.
3.1.1.3 Then wipe the surfaces of bottle cleaning machines, including the surface of
shield and bottle cleaning machine, and external pipelines , all these are dealt with clean cloth

3.1.1.4 At last wipe the control board and touch screen with clean cloth dipping injection
liquid.
3.1.2 The cleaning procedure of recycling water tank
3.1.2.1 Open up the lid of recycling water tank, checkup there is left water from the last
time or not. If any, please empty the water.
3.1.2.2 Wipe the inner of the recycling water tank, including the emptying water wedge in
the water tank with clean cloth dipping into injection water at least three times until no
subsidiaries can be visible.
3.1.2.3 Then replace it, put the lid on, wipe the surface of recycling water tank at least
three times.
3.2 The cleaning procedures after cleaning bottle
3.2.1 The cleaning procedures of bottle cleaning machine
Check up the rising position specified of bottle washing machine before the cleaning
procedure.
3.2.1.1 Clean up the residual things including penicillin, fragment, glass crumbs and so
forth after production. First, wipe bottle washing machines and penicillin parts of direct
contact (e.g. bottle entering turntable, bottle entering track, bottle producing track, and
module of clamping the bottle, etc.) with clean cloth steeping into 65% of ethanol solution at
least three times until no sundries are visible.
3.2.1.2 Next wipe the inner assemblies of bottle cleaning machines with clean cloth
steeping into 65% of ethanol solution at least three times until no subsidiaries can be visible.
3.2.1.3 Then wipe the surface of bottle cleaning machine, the interior and exterior of
bottle cleaning machine’s shield, and external pipelines. All these are dealt with clean cloth
dipping injection liquid at least three times.
3. 2.2 the cleaning procedures of recycling water tank
3.2.2.1 Open up the lid of the recycling water tank, pull out the wedge, and empty the
water.
3.2.2.2 Wipe the inner of the recycling water tank, including the emptying water wedge
in the water tank with clean cloth dipping into injection water at least three times until no
subsidiaries can be visible.
3.2.2.3 Then replace the switch of wedge, put the lid on, wipe the surface of recycling
water tank at least three times.
3.2.3 Turn 3 to the left on the control board, turn down the bottle cleaning machine’s
shield, close general supply, and close valve of air compression.
3.2.3 Take notes about the apparatus’s clearance and sterilization after the cleaning
