教学反思

一、问题设计,环环相扣。整节课自始至终贯穿着较大的思维容量,但并没有给学生造成丝毫的畏惧感,而是让学生不断有恍然大悟的快感,这主要得力于学长们的实践亲身讲述。能更好的引导学生探索未知的群体潜力。为了使学生的探究活动进一步展开,笔者设计了一系列的游戏、活动(即所谓的“探索未知”)这些问题一环扣一环,表现了较强的内在逻辑性和连贯性,显然这也是有利于培养学生的逻辑思维能力以及分析问题、解决问题的能力,使学生的思维更加缜密,更能让学生有一种真实地体验。 二、实行课内与课外结合。这不但解决了课内时间不足的困难,而且能够促进学生的课外学习,丰富学生的课外生活。通过这节课,使学生理解了职业生涯规划的重要性和中职生职业生涯规划特点等要点,初步掌握了职业生涯规划设计的应用。同时,学生对这些知识的获得是在学生有了自学和自主研究的基础上,按照学生求知逻辑有步骤地获得的,因此他们对本课时的重难点理解地比较扎实。正如加涅所说,教育的目标是教会学生“如何学习”和“如何思维”。对于职业生涯的教师来说,就是要使职业生涯课堂成为一个充满“问题与方案交流”的场所,使职业生涯规划理论真正为日后走上职业奠定扎实的根基。 三、实行小组探究与集体讨论相结合。这节课,教师在学生自主探究的基础上,适时引导学生把自己的探索所得说出来,互相探讨,互相质疑,自主表达,得出结论,实现成果共享,突出“在学习中研究,在研究中学习”的研究性学习的特点,这是教学拓展中较好的学习方法,因为通过这样的方式来学习,其收获将是全方位的,同时也能为每一个参与者提供平等的表现平台,大家始终处于一种民主的氛围中,自由地发表自己的观点,使自己的主体性切实充分地发挥出来,有利于自我个性地发展。认知心理学者提出“培养学生学习的自主性,是教学的最重要的目标。……教师的责任并不仅仅是传授知识,而是要帮助学生日益地能为自己的学习更多地负起责任。” 需要改进之处: 一、在组织教学活动的精确度方面还要加强,如:教学环节时间上的把握。 二、不能很好地兼顾学习活动中学生的个别差异,应该给每个学生更多地充分展示自我机会,对学生的个性化的评价还欠缺,给学生讨论、探讨的时间不是很充足,对学生情感关注还不够,这些在今后的教学中应该努力做得好些。 《面向未来的职业生涯规划》教案设计说明
