树干被纵向一分为二，一半是Non-Fiction（非小说类，也就是社科类、自然科学类），一半是Fiction（小说类）；树干被横向一分为二，下一半是正常的Oxford Reading Tree主干部分（stage1-stage 9）,上一半是Oxford Treetops 高阶阅读部分(stage 10-stage 16)；树干周围的小圈圈，是一些散落的小珍珠。
