1=Much below the expectations-Needs much improvement差-远远低于期望-需要大幅改进

Evaluate the objectives and targets you set out to be achieved in the 12 months with the

measures or standards agreed - against each comment on achievement or otherwise, with reasons where appropriate. Score the performance against each objective.
