Dear ladies and gentlemen,
It’s my honor to stand here to make a speech .My topic today is “I’m proud of being a teacher”.
This summer I was lucky to take part in the summer English training for
primary school of Feicheng.One of my foreign teachers T.J. impressed me deeply.Every morning and afternoon before classes,he always asked us to say “Teachers are the greatest profession in the world.”It influenced me very deeply.To be a teacher may be not a good job,but I don’t regret my choice.
I always remembered a message from one of my students.It happened on a spring festival.The student made rapid progress in the final examination.He sent me a message.He said,“Dear Ms Wu,you treated me like my mother.Without your help,I could not make so much progress.Thanks for your help.I love you forever,Ms Wu.May you be happy every day.”I was excited to receive the message.In my opinion,I just encouraged him often and taught him some learning methods.But it helped him a lot.From it,I knew my choice of being a teacher was right.I’m proud of being a teacher.
So, in my opinion, we teachers must pay more attention and patience to children and above all——love them. If you give a little love to children，you will get back a great deal.
So,I will try my best to put all my heart and soul in the teaching.I’ll regard every student as my own child.Because I’m a teacher.Teachers are the greatest profession in the world. I’m proud of being a teacher.

Since the early nineties, many studies have been performed to examine the incidence of adverse events, with reported incidence rates ranging from 3 to 17% of all hospital admissions. A quarter to half of the adverse events was considered preventable. These studies have increased the sense of urgency to take effective countermeasures in order to improve patient safety in hospitals. Improvements can only be achieved if the interventions tackle the dominant under lying causes. The topic of my presentation is properties of rapid construction materials for soil pavement of field airfield. As is shown in the picture, the main parts of my research are about soil pavement. My presentation will include these four parts: First, some background information about this research; second, the main work we have done; third, some conclusions we have got and the last: innovation and presentation of our published papers. Why I choose this item? I think it can be illustrated from the following four parts. First, the existing quantity of airfields is still not sufficient and the airfields have many shortcomings especially in war time. Second, the complementary facilities, such as highway runways are far less than airfields, however, have more weakness. Third, a certain amount of field airfield is quite necessary considering some emergencies such as rescue and disaster relief. Forth, the field airfield can fill the void of airfield and they can be combined to be airfield network. The meaning and aim of this research contains three parts. 第七课：英语日常用语---兴趣爱好 第八课：英语日常用语---西方节日 第九课：英语日常用语---西方节日 第十课：英语日常用语---食物 第十一课：英语日常用语---衣着 第十二课：英语日常用语---问路 第十三课：英语日常用语---游戏活动 第十四课：英语日常用语---购物 第十五课：汇报展示 第十六课：汇报展示 （三）所达到的标准： 能理解和表达有关下列话题的简单信息:数字、颜色、时间、天气、食品等。 有兴趣听英语、说英语、唱歌曲、讲故事、做游戏等；乐于模仿，敢于开口，积极参与，主动请教。 知道英语中最简单的称谓语、问候语和告别语；对一般的赞扬、请求等做出适当的反应；了解英语国家中重要的节假日。 （四）课程实施 （1）实施形式： 1、课时安排：每周一课时，采取集中使用与分组使用相结合的办法。 2、组织形式：采用班级活动、小组活动及个人活动 3、活动地点：六2 班教室 4、活动准备：大力宣传开发英语口语教学的重大意义，积极开展活动，撰写《校本课程纲要》，师生共同设计活动方案开展活动。 5、成果展示：在校内汇报演出、积极参加各种演讲活动和各级开展口语比赛。（五）课程评价： 关注基础知识与基本技能、过程与方法、情感态度和价值观。注重发展性评价，除关注学生制作成果外，更要重视学生积极参与活动的全过程，关注学生面对挫折和与人交往方面的表现以及习惯养成等。具体评价方案如下： （1）学生上课出勤率评价，计为学时学分（C）。出勤率低于70%无学分，超过90%，计满分。该项目占学业总成绩的20%。
