一．全自动/半自动配浆系统+人机界面Fully Automatic/Semi-automatic Sizing System + Human-machine Interface
浆料配置，浆料的配方管理，包括浆料、化学品的储存管理是橡胶制品骨架材料生产过程中的一个非常关键而且对终端产品质量以及生产成本的影响非常强的一个工序。但是大部分的纤维骨架材料生产性企业对配浆管理方面的认知度不强，而且人力和财力方面投入不足。由于对浆料性能的控制手段欠缺，造成浆料变质失效，或者浆料批次间性能的不稳定和不重复，引起纤维骨架材料成品质量的不稳定。经常会发生的是，由于配制准备好用于浸胶生产线的浆料在投用时被发现失效，造成生产线停机和定单不能交付的情况。另外一个烦恼就是浆料配方的管理，因为浆料配方是一个企业的独有技术财富，人工的浆料配制使配方的保密性管理变得非常困难。
The sizing configuration and formula management, including the storage management of sizing and chemicals is very crucial to the framework materiels production process of the rubber products , as well as to the terminal products' quality and production cost. However, most fiber framework manufacturer do not have a high awareness of the sizing management , either to throw an inefficient investment to the the human resources and materiels. Being lack of the control means of sizing property , it would cause the deterioration failure of the sizing , or the instability of sizing property resulting in the instability of fiber framework materiels ' product quality.
