考研复试：需要纠正的几类错误想法

?自以为是一：“我初试成绩很好，复试一定就不会被淘汰。”
实际上差额制复试，每年都有20%的已经进入复试的同学被淘汰。复试的竞争已经到了白热化的程度，特别是一些热门专业，因为复试表现不好被“刷”的例子屡见不鲜。
据同济大学土木学院某专业的导师说，同济的土木专业是该校最热门的专业之一，每年都有大批的考生前来报考。复试分数线划出之后，因为参加复试的人数多，无形中增加了复试的难度。
复试偏重于考察学生的心理素质和能力，特别是对于理工科的学生来说，只会做题没用，应变能力和实践能力更为重要，所以一大批复试表现不理想的同学被“刷”下来。
武汉大学一位有着多年复试经验的老师就说：“导师在复试时将通过交谈和提问，对考生的基础知识、应变和表达能力、合作和创新意识进行考察。心理素质不好的同学，或是跨专业考而专业知识面不广的同学就很有可能被淘汰。”
可见，高的初试成绩并不是录取的“通行证”，在即将到来的复试环节中，同学们还需全力以赴，不能有丝毫怠慢。
?自以为是二：“我拜见了我们专业的导师，他对我很欣赏，复试肯定没问题。”
规范化的复试要求“双盲制”的实行，这就是说，面试你的导师不仅可能并不是你所熟悉的导师，甚至可能是5-6个其他的导师。真的要拜见的话，你能把所报的那个系的所有导师都拜见完吗?
另外，现场抽取的试题，也使得你要回答的题目可能并不是你和导师事先讨论过的一些问题，没有好好的准备，很可能你还是回答不出来。
?自以为是三：“我是通过调剂来参加复试的，老师会对我有意见。”
调剂制度的意义就在于合理安排生源，既是给没能考取自己第一志愿理想院校的同学一个机会，也是在给一些招生未能达到计划目标的学校或专业一个机会。
既然学校提供给你复试机会，就代表他们愿意进一步了解你，这个时候你要做的，就是积极准备复试，把握住来之不易的机会。
老师们喜欢有想法、有追求的学生，这和你是否经过调剂没有必然关系，积极地把自己优秀的一面在面试中展现出来。有时候考生抽到的问题比较难，可能自己觉得自己回答的并不好，但是导师面试的时候比较看重的是考生回答问题的思路。
对于比较难的问题，只要考生有一些思路，导师就会觉得这个学生很不错。那么自己可能觉得回答得不好，但是导师已经很满意了。
?自以为是四：“我是从一个比较差的院校考过来的，导师一定会歧视我，比起本校的考生，我一定不占什么优势。”
不少考生有这样的疑问：既然复试的决定权在老师的手里，老师会不会更偏爱本校的学生，对比较差的院校的学生打分低一些呢?
一位上海交通大学的教授认为，据他们系往年的经验，来自普通本科院校的学生虽然学习很努力，但在实践能力和做事能力方面确实不如本校的学生。不过这当然不能一概而论，也确有一批比较出色的学生。招生单位在复试的时候是一视同仁的，只要优秀，一定会在复试中脱颖而出。
?自以为是五：“我对这个问题理解得不太透彻，答案不全面，得分一定会很低。”
最重要的不是答案。自我介绍要进行一定的事前准备，你的经历比你的名字更重要。重点要介绍你做过什么研究、论文题目是什么等学术方面的经验，其他证明自己能力的事情都可以简要介绍。注意只做介绍，不做评价，要让事实说话，用经历不言自明。
回答问题的过程是考生各方面能力的展现过程。首先考生对提出的问题要有自己的见解，不要想当然地给出非此即彼的答案，要把你的思考过程、分析脉络表述出来，考官看重的不是你的答案，而是你分析问题解决问题的思维过程。
其次，在口头表达上尽量简洁明了，要运用学科专业术语对问题进行专业解读，条理分明逻辑清晰，切忌乱扯乱谈。言语尽量做到利索干练，不要絮絮叨叨。
优秀的面试者是占据主动权的考生，你要用你的话题吸引考官的关注，提起考官的兴趣，把他们往你熟悉的领域引导，扬长避短主动出击。
