要想讲话有魅力，学一学奥巴马“六步法”，普京、

世人都知道美国历届总统的演讲都极具感染力，却不知道总统背后有一支专业的撰稿团队。其实，每一次成功的演讲，都是靠数理分析、精心策划、打磨演练、现场包装等程序打造出来的，主要就是“六步法”。当然，我们职场人没有这个条件，但是这种方法是可以借鉴学习的。
第一步，头脑风暴列要点。首先把听众分成ABCDE等各个群体，罗列各个群体想听的话题、不想听的话题、不想听也必须讲的话题。比如说，听众有10个主要群体，想听40个话题、不想听20个话题、不想听必须讲12个话题，把这些要点都罗列出来，分门别类做出答案。
第二步，根据逻辑做排序。根据演讲的逻辑、重要性、关联度、听众覆盖度等因素，把这些答案进行排序，分出轻重缓急、核心问题和非核心问题，进入下一轮讨论。
第三步，根据容量敢取舍。根据演讲时间、听众接受度、普遍年龄等情况，从这几十个话题中反复论证，进行取舍，精选几个话题。一次演讲一般不能超过六个话题，再多了听众记不住。总统一般亲自参与讨论，最后确定六个话题。
第四步，包装润色多打磨。确定话题后，专业团队开始分工，分头撰写基础材料。然后交给御用的修辞专家，进行口语化修饰，提炼中心句，酝酿精彩金句。

It's the answer spoken by young and old, rich and poor, Democrat and Republican, black, white, Latino, Asian, Native American, gay, straight, disabled and not disabled – Americans who sent a message to the world that we have never been a collection of Red States and Blue States: we are, and always will be, the United States of America. It's the answer that led those who have been told for so long by so many to be cynical, and fearful, and doubtful of what we can achieve to put their hands on the arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope of a better day. It's been a long time coming, but tonight, because of what we did on this day, in this election, at this defining moment, change has come to America. I just received a very gracious call from Senator McCain. He fought long and hard in this campaign, and he's fought even longer and harder for the country he loves.
