2．1家具工业专用术语
2．1．1范围
本标准规定了家具常用材料、产品、零部件、材料及家具缺陷的名词定义。
本标准适用于设计、材料采购，以及各材料的使用单位。
本标准是产品设计、生产作业及过程检验的依据。
2．1．3标准内容
(1)家具产品名称

①命名及编码原则
产品零部件按零部件的功能命名，相同零部件以所在产品的位置，分别由左到右、由上到下、由前到后、由里到外的形式进行命名；零部件命名依照以上原则进行，也可以在零件名称前加上父级零件名称，如门的上边条，可称为门上边条等。命名需遵从零部件之间的父子级关系。
按零部件之间的配合方式命名，如上座、下座、边条、侧旁、前框、后框、底框、底板、固定层板、顶板等。
按产品结构和使用功能，可分通用零部件和非通用零部件。

(4)材料及家具缺陷
①命名及编码原则
木材缺陷指木材组织结构的变态或不规则性，或者受到机械损伤与病虫害，致使它的强度、加工性能、外观等受到不良的影响而降低了利用价值。
木材缺陷一般可以分为：天然缺陷、生物危害的缺陷、干燥不当的缺陷。
国家标准规定原木和锯材共有的木材缺陷类别有：节子、变色、腐朽、虫眼、裂纹、木材构造缺陷和伤疤。此外，原木还有树干形状缺陷，锯材还有木材加工缺陷和变形。
家具制程缺陷：主要是指家具或零部件存在的质量差异，一般非人为造成，在制程中或制程后都有可能出现。按制程分为加工缺陷、组装缺陷、涂装缺陷。

指家具的腿部从束腰处膨出，然后向后内收，顺势作成弧形，足部多作内翻马蹄行。5、三弯腿 将桌类家具的腿柱上段与下段过渡处向里挖成弯折状，弯腿家具的足部多为内翻成蹄形。 6、落膛 指闷户柜、圆角柜等家具抽屉或门下面的空间，因不易被发现，可用于存放一些比较贵重的物品。 7、束腰 指在家具面沿下作一道向内收缩、长度小于面沿和牙条的腰线。束腰有高束腰和低束腰之分，束腰线也有直束腰和打洼束腰之分。束腰家具是明式家具的重要特征。 8、托泥指家具的腿足之下另有木框或垫木承托，可以防止家具腿受潮腐烂，这一木框或垫木就是托泥。供桌和半月桌一般会有托泥。 9、抱肩榫
指有束腰家具的腿足与束腰、牙条相结合时所用的榫卯。从外形看，此榫的断面是半个银锭形的挂销，与开牙条背面的槽口套挂，从而使束腰及牙条结实稳定。 10、夹头榫 这是案形结体家具常用的一种榫卯结构。四只足腿在顶端出榫，与案面底的卯眼相对拢。腿足的上端开口，嵌夹牙条及牙头，使外观腿足高出牙条及牙头之上。这种结构能使四只足腿将牙条夹住，并连结成方框，能使案面和足腿的角度不易改变，使四足均匀地随案面重量。11、插肩榫 也是案类家具常用的一种榫卯结构。虽然外观与夹头榫不同，但结构实质是相似的，也是足腿顶端出榫，与案面底的卯眼相对拢，上部也开口，嵌夹牙条。但足腿上端外部削出斜肩，牙条与足腿相交处剔出槽口，使牙条与足腿拍合时，将腿足的斜肩嵌夹，形成表面的平齐。此榫的优点是牙条受重下压后，与足腿的斜肩咬合得更紧密。 12、罗锅枨 也叫桥梁枨。一般用于桌、椅类家具之下连接腿柱的横枨，

家具的基本名称专业术语 大边和抹头：凡用攒边的方法做成的方框，如桌面、凳面、床面等，两根长而出榫的叫大边，两根短而凿有榫眼的叫抹头。 面板：凡椅面、桌面、案面、几面等都采用攒边做法，心板所取用的板材俗称面板。 柱：主要承受轴向压力的长条形木条，一般为竖立式，用以支承框面，如腿柱、矮柱等。 框档：家具木条构成的边缘或轮廓，俗称框挡。 隔板：框体内分隔左、右、上、下空间的板材。 搭脑：位于椅子、衣架等家具最上的横梁叫搭脑。 罗锅枨：是指中部高、两头低的一种枨子。 十字枨：方杌、方凳四腿对角设横枨，十字形交叉，俗称十字枨。 霸王枨：是安在腿足的内侧，另端与家具面子底部连接的一种斜枨。“霸王”是形容这种枨坚实有力，既能承重又能加强形体的牢固。 鹅脖：椅子前腿在椅盘以上延伸并与扶手相接相连的部分。 联帮棍：扶手椅在扶手中部之下的一根立柱叫联帮棍。或据其开头称为镰刀把。 束腰：家具上面框和牙条之间缩进的部分。有束腰的家具，是我国传统家具造型的典型样式之一。 托腮：位于束腰与牙子之间的一根木条，常做成挺括的线脚。起装饰和加固束腰的功能。 托泥：家具的腿足不着地，另有木框在下承托，此木框叫托泥。托泥还常置有小足。 中牌子：衣架等立柱中部与横挡构成扁长方形框挡，框挡常有镂空花纹，这一构件北京匠师称为中牌子。 门围子：架子床除三面设围子外，正面还立门柱，门柱与角柱之间安两块方形的围子，叫门围子。 牙子：家具横、竖材交接处为了起到加固和装饰美化作用，常常制成各种各样的短木条、短木片、角花板等安装在交角部位，形成一种三角形或带转角的部件，名曰角牙，或称牙子。
矮老：家具中用作装饰和支撑的短住。最多见的是在枨条与牙子之间的立柱。 卡子花：家具上的雕花饰件。多用在矮老的位置，实际就是装饰化了的矮老。 挡板：在桌案几等两头腿部与横挡之间镂雕各种纹饰的装饰性侧板。 券口：镶在家具的四条立柱之间的镶板。主要起装饰作用。 开光：在坐墩、座椅背板等处挖出各种纹样的空洞。主要起装饰作用。 亮脚：在椅子靠背下部与座面接角的地方挖出各种纹样的亮洞。主要起装饰作用。当然每个地方有些叫法仍然存在一些差异，基本上的叫法就是这样。 绦条板：在高束腰处或床围等处镶四边起线中部透雕的镶板。主要起装饰作用。 线脚：是指家具中部件截断面边缘线的造型线式。它所呈现的开头是在方与圆之间产生的种种形变，是明式家具的独特手法之一。主要有阳线、凹线、弄洞线、线香线、剑脊棱等。 线样：木工匠师常称它为样板。他们往往直接依靠这些样板来划线、剖料、加工，构成各种家具的特定形体。 面叶：家具铜饰件。是用钮头和屈曲、穿结固家在家具表面的铜化，或光素，或凿刻和镂有花饰，既能保护木质部分，又能将分散的饰件组织联结起来，具有鲜明的装饰效果。 合页：家具铜饰件。俗称铰链。常组成两折式，是连接家具两个部分并能使之活动的金属件。 套脚：家具铜饰件。是套在家具足端的一种铜饰件，既可防止腿足受潮腐朽，避免开裂，又具有特殊的装饰作用。 拍子：家具铜饰件。附着在半面叶上可开启和关合的部分，关合时有两个孔眼套入屈曲可供上锁。是箱子上使用的主要铜饰件之一。 包角：家具铜饰件。是用来保护家具外轮廓边角的三角形铜饰件。 吊牌：家具铜饰件。是由屈曲串联构成的活动拉手，旋转自如，使用方便。 马蹄足：是一条从腿部延伸到脚头变化微妙的线，自然流早，光挺有力，具有雄健明快的走势。它是反映明式家具风格特点的典型式样之一。足头向外的称外翻马蹄，足头向内的称内翻马蹄。 三弯腿：将家具脚柱在上段与下段过渡处向里挖成弯折状。这种腿足大多又有凸起的或外翻马蹄。
