高三英语二轮复习建议

多少年来,人们一直把高三的复习称为一轮复习和二轮复习,一轮复习指的是高三第一学期对课本以及语法项目的复习,二轮复习指的是高三第二学期各科根据高考题型进行的专项复习和综合试题的练习。

笔者认为,这样称呼两个学期的复习未尝不可,但是,在实际的教学中经常是你中有我,我中有你,并没有把这两种复习如此严格区分开来。

高三的第一个学期,在复习课本和语法的同时,高考题型的专项讲解一直穿插其中,而在高三的第二个学期,除了专项复习和综合训练之外,对于语法项目的内容一直根据学生的情况进行知识的梳理,反复的训练。所以下面谈的第二轮的复习其中也涵盖了部分一轮复习的重点。

进入高三的学生, 就像是三千米赛跑的运动员进入最后一千米的赛程,在这个过程中,有耐力、方法得当的学生, 在不偏离目标的前提下,就有希望获得成功。这种耐力就是持之以恒的努力学习;方法自然是多记、多背、多读、多用、多积累,这样才能符合语言学习的要求;目标就是考纲的内容和要求。高三教师一定要把握好:复习什么?怎么复习?

高考前的复习重在落实基础知识与做题技巧的训练,高考能不能考出理想成绩,关键是看基础题做得怎么样。因此,高考前的复习一定要回归基础、回归书本、回归基本题。

一、基础知识过关

要想有效地备考,就必须了解考纲的要求和考题的特点,考纲解读中

指出:高考试题中有容易题、中等难度题和难题,但以中等难度题为主。如果能把容易题和中等难度题做好的话,80%左右的分就得到了,这些题都是基础题,所以说,高考能不能考出理想成绩,关键看基础题做得怎么样。因此,基础知识过关是非常重要的,只有在基础知识扎实的前提下,才能谈应用,就英语学科来讲,基础知识毫无疑问就是语言基础知识:即:语音、词汇、语法、功能和话题。

1. 语感的培养对于学好英语起着重要的作用

经过多年的亲身实践,笔者觉得,大量的听说有利于语感的培养。但是,有的学生进入高三后就再也不读英语了,只是埋头做题,以为这样就能取得好成绩。实际情况并非如此。有些语言知识比较凌乱,条目多,靠记规则是学不会的,这时多数人靠的就是语感,经常有学生说,“这道题我做对了,我是靠读选对的”,其实这就是语感的作用。尤其是加不加冠词的问题, 如:most students, most of the students, the most of the students;all the year round, all day long, all the day, all the athletes, all of the athletes 等,不能依靠规则来判断要不要冠词,而是平时要在理解的前提下多读、多背从而获得语感。

2. 词汇的掌握是学好英语的关键

常言道:巧妇难为无米之炊。如果连基本的词汇都不具备的话,谈什么阅读理解,谈什么语言运用。因为:Without grammar, very little can be conveyed. Without vocabulary, nothing can be conveyed. 那么词汇的掌握应该从何做起?

1)词汇要在文章中学习,不能单独地只背单词表中的意思。如:well

的意思是:n. “井、源泉”;adj. “良好的、健康的、适宜的”;adv. “很好的、充分地、满意地”。到底要把它译成哪种意思,要看具体的语境,如:Shake the bottle well before you take the medicine. “服药前将瓶充分摇动。”但是在下面的句子中,well的翻译就又不同了。

Well before classes start, students and teachers order Lattes Cappuccinos and Hot Chocolates. “早在上课前,…”因此,在具体的语境中学习词汇的用法非常重要。

2)注意一词多义,词的固定搭配。如:take in 在下面的句子中有着不同的意思。We decided to take in lodgers. I am not sure how much of his explanation she took in. Don’t be taken in by their promises. The book takes in the period between 1891 and Lenin’s death. We took in a couple of films. 学生在阅读中一定要根据语境来确定短语的意思。以下是一些固定搭配:A heavy smoker, A big eater,

A hard drinker, A keen sportsman, sound asleep,quite impossible,

far end,well worth,wide open,wide awake。注意这些词的正确翻译和积累。

3)注意派生词的意思、词的转换用法。在They overestimate the interviewee‘s ability and asked him many difficult questions.句中,over--表示“过份、越过”;而在We were told that ours was the most spacious room in the hotel. That was why we had to pay so much for it . 句中,spacious 的意思是“宽敞的,广阔的”,与space 有关。

3. 语法知识犹如一棵树的树干和树枝,如果没有了语法,被比作

树叶的词汇就失去了存在的意义。语言是一个完整的知识体系, 学

生学不好英语的原因除了单词记不住以外,另一个问题就是对英语

缺乏一个完整的认识, 所以有的学生, 即使零零碎碎的学了不少语

法, 但是还是学不好,遇到具体问题时还是无法解决,所以,学生

心中要有一个完整的语言框架, 便于总结规律, 找出特点, 准确掌

握。下面是一个由词汇引出的以一个项目为例的简图。

词(包括以下类型)

名词, 形容词, 副词, 动词, 代词, 冠词, 数词, 介词, 连词, 感叹词

(涉及动词的内容有以下几方面)及物与不及物, 第三人称单数, 过去式, 过去分词, 现在分词, 不定式, 系动词, 助动词, 情态动词, 时态, 语态

(高考中考查的时态)

一般现在, 一般过去, 一般将来, 现在进行, 过去进行, 现在完成, 过去完成, 过去将来,现在完成进行,将来进行时

从上面的图中,学生可以看出词的类型;有关动词要复习的项目; 时态考核的种类等。

除此以外,学生必须了解高考单项选择涉及的语法项目:1.交际 2.情态动词 3.从句 4.时态 5.被动语态 6.It 的用法7.动词(短语) 8.固定短语(动词)9 .分词10.冠、介、代词11.并列连词12.比较级13.句型: 倒装句14.语序等。以及每年出题的特点:

1.重点内容每年考(交际, 时态, 情态动词)

2.各种从句轮流地考

3.其他知识挑着考

基础知识复习要遵循以下原则:

1. 三靠:

名词,代词,冠词: 靠语感

( 通过朗读培养语感如: most students, your brother, the bag on the desk, a friend of mine )

介词,形容词,副词: 靠背诵

(背短语:in the first place, through the internet, think highly of, well worth, much too heavy, heavy snow, wide open, fast food, as much as, quick meal, get close to, …)

连词,动词: 靠运用

( 通过写句子练习时态、语态、情态、组句能力)

2. 抓关键:词汇和句型

句型的复习:要求学生能做到以下三点:

1)能写出正确的句子(简单句:9种,并列句、复合句)

2)能看懂复杂的句子(清楚句子结构:便于单项填空、阅读理解、改

错、写作)

3)会分析特殊的句子(省略句,倒装句、强调句)

3. 围绕动词进行复习,

如: 时态、语态、情态动词、非谓语动词和以下几方面:

短语动词

(look forward to, pay attention to)

同义辨析

(gain, get, obtain, receive, accept)

动词与名词的搭配

(make an excuse, take exercise )

常用动词的结构

(make, let, have, get, leave, find, keep, do)

4. 重点内容重点复习

如:时态,从句等。

1)某几种时态的基本用法要归纳, 如:

现在完成时态的6种情况以及与一般过去时和过去完成时的比较。

一般将来时的5种结构以及他们的用法区别。

一般现在时表将来(timetable)

2)各种时态常连用的时间状语:

如:用在完成时态中的状语

before, ever, never,. since, for, already, yet, many times, just, over the past few years, in the last few years

3)注意差别:

in the past, in the past 10 years不同;

for 可以用在多种时态中:

He stayed in America for a longtime.

He will stay in America for a long time.

He has stayed there for a long time.

二、阅读能力培养

在高考中,阅读理解在整份试卷中地位非常重要,除了5篇阅读理解外,完形填空也是阅读理解,而且是高难度的理解,改错也是一种阅读理解,即使是单句也是一种理解。所以培养阅读理解能力和做题技巧是高三学生重点要做的事情。

要想有效地提高阅读理解能力,就要多读,扩大知识面,积累词汇,学会分析文章的结构,掌握一定的做题技巧。平时,尤其要学会分析长难句,减少在阅读中回视难句的次数,这样才能提高阅读的速度,有足够时间进行答案的选择。

三、教师备、讲、批、辅、查具体做法

1. 备课

健全集体备课的机制, 不要个体作战, 避免造成备课质量不高; 要注重知识点的提升,而不是知识点的重复; 所讲内容和高考扣的要紧;对一些常考点和难点要加以总结; 既要注重知识点的宽度, 也要注重知识点的深度;如: 对worth 的复习,除了强调be worth doing 外,还要注意:“值…钱的…”如:three thousand dollars worth of lottery tickets; 还有”很值钱”

的“很”的正确表示:well worth…

不要难的易的一起讲,更不要课本出现过的就讲,有的难词已超纲,没必要讲, 有的容易的也不必反复讲, 应该让学生通过不同的形式反复练。

时间要统筹的安排, 不能走到哪里算哪里,教师不仅要备讲课的时间,还要备学生学习应占用的时间,也就是说学生复习完才算完,教师讲完,学生不练,等于白干。

2. 课堂

教师的教学观念要改变,要相信学生,课堂上要放手让学生自己学,不要以自己的讲代替学生的学, 以多讲代替学生的多练, 不要以教师为中心,要给学生自主学习和合作学习的机会。给学生独立思考、讨论、消化的时间,课堂要把学生的练放在首位,不能老师说什么, 学生听什么, 要考虑学生的需求。重视与学生的沟通, 讲解要有针对性。学生能学会的教师不讲,学生解决不了的问题要通过小组讨论解决,小组解决不了的老师才讲。

3. 资源

教师要对考纲和教材进行研究, 不要过度地依赖复习资料,成了资料的奴隶, 给学生的资源要先经过选择,合适后方可让学生用。

四、复习思路

整体设计, 全程把握

1.时间的合理安排:做出最后阶段的详细计划

2.内容的梳理:大项目内容的整理和对学生掌握情况的检查

3.重点的强调:常考点的落实

4. 难点的处理:集中突破难点

提出任务, 回归课本

1. 每天安排一定量的课本内容让学生自己复习,通过检测检查学生复习的情况和掌握的情况。

2. 让学生大声朗读课本中的课文,培养语感、巩固所学词汇。

以练为主, 以讲为辅, 能学则学, 该讲再讲

不同的学生有不同的思想、喜厌和独特的学习方法,所以教师如果以一种方法教的话,会扼杀他们的激情和灵感,影响他们的复习效果。因此一定要给学生独立思考、自主学习的时间和空间。切记不要满堂灌。

考纲为纲

要按照考纲的语法项目和对语言运用能力的要求进行复习,不要超纲。课本为本

课本为学生提供了大量的语言材料, 要充分有效地利用这些语言材料。项目为主, 资料为辅

语法项目按类型复习能给学生系统的知识, 便于发现学生知识上的漏洞。复习资料的使用要有选择性,不要让学生把做资料中的题作为复习的全部。

背诵为主, 做题为辅

许多英语知识的掌握取决于学生英语语感培养的程度, 语感的培养离不开大量的背诵, 在这样的基础上再进行语法知识的学习,效果要好的多。与其大量的做题不如先大量的背诵。

系统为主, 重复为辅

1.语言是一个完整的知识体系, 学生学不好英语的原因除了单词记不

住以外, 另一个问题就是对英语缺乏一个完整的认识。

2.教师要做的是给学生一个完整的语言框架, 而不是尽管反复讲一些

短语, 句子等,关键是如何使知识通过具体的语境来落实。

理清知识, 分清类别

多数学生对英语知识存在一个问题, 就是张冠李戴, 如: that可以引导多种从句, 什么时候可以省去, 什么时候不可以; 介词后的宾语从句和定语从句中关系代词做介词的宾语如何辨别;what, which的用法区别是什么。只有理清知识, 分清类别才能正确地选择答案。

请看下面的例子:

1. Humans are different from animals in that they can communicate in language.

2. The school was built in what was a church ten years ago.

3. They found a cave in which a lot of gold was buried.

巧用媒体, 大胆取舍:

高三复习的容量大,可以适当的用多媒体,或印一些复习内容,为学生提供方便,便于学生把复习的内容系统化。高考题要回避难、偏、窄、怪题。遇到这些题时要大胆的舍去他们。

五、具体做法

1.基础知识要真正落实到位: 单词, 短语, 句型常抓不协, 做到天天查,

定时考(单词), 反复用, 要记牢(句型).

2.语法内容要条理, 通过使用让学生掌握, 而不是通过背语法条目. 如:

时态、语态的用法要在语境中练习.

In future, astronauts _____________ (require) to fall from a spaceship while it ______(be) still in space and to return to it. The ability to do this ________ (be) necessary in future flights to distant planets. …

3. 课堂要以任务为主线, 使学生的语言知识条理, 连贯, 运用自如。

4. 根据语言点给学生设计满分卷, 涉及的面要广, 内容要新, 要在语

境中设空,使学生体会到语言运用的重要性。

5. 在语言知识基本掌握的基础上,要把复习重心转移到语言运用上

来,很抓阅读理解和完型填空,加强书面表达的训练,从而复习和

巩固已学的词、短语和句型,形成良性循环。

总之,高考前的复习多考虑学生的需要,多给学生时间和空间,让每个学生有机会自己调控复习的内容和方法,从而做到复习的有效性。
