一、对后进生英语学能提升言必提音标的原因
我们经常发现有一些老师让学生在一个角落喃喃自语，他们觉得是学生不肯背单词，所以无论是听写还是笔记都是一塌糊涂，在老师的眼中就是他们的学习态度问题，不肯读不肯背，实际上纵然有一部分学生是不肯读不肯记，这些学生纯属态度问题，但绝大部分学生是单词认识他们，他们不认识单词，面对苦干字母的组合，他们只能望词兴叹，因为他们不知道这个单词该怎么读，老师虽教了几遍，但是一转眼还是忘记了，这就好比我们中国的汉字初学者如果没有拼音基础，单就望着字形恐怕在他们来看汉字不都是方块字吗。几坚几横，有时还有几点几勾，其实英语单词不也是这个道理吗?如果不教给学生拼读方法，不教给音拼，让学生死记硬背单词的音形义，学生不忘记那才奇怪，而学生常背又常忘，加上他们遭到老师打击讽刺，在这样的“挫折”教育下学习的学生能学好反而不太正常，后进生必然掉进一个恶性循环的怪圈，想好恐怕真的很难。
二、如何对后进生的学能转化中进行音标教学
1.我们知道有26个字母和48个国际音标，我们可采取字母记忆法和音标汉语标音记，16个辅音音标先复习16个辅音字母的
读音，将与之对应的音素对上号，写出它们的音标，即学到16个音标。/b/,/d/,/f/,/g/,/h//k/,/l/,/m/,/n/,/p/,/r/,/s/,/t/,/v/,/ w//z/利用汉语拼音zh,ch,sh,r采用对比法来讲授/dз/,/t∫//∫//з//tr/,/dr//ts//dz/四个辅音音标是根据前半部分的音摆好口形，发后部分的音。例如：/t/形---/r/音，/?/归为/m/与/n/鼻音一类，在复习字母y时学习音标/j/,而/θ//δ/则采用形象记忆，讲受20个元音音标时，先复习5个元音字母的10个发音，根据舌位图去引导学生先掌握12个单元音音标在此基础上学习8个双元音音标。(山东莱州教研室刘笃军“字母，音素，音标三位一体”教学法《21世纪中学英语创新教学实验设计与探索全书》2001.551)
2.会拼才真的会记。单就教学生48个音标的读法还不够，就如同学会汉语拼音的每个音节还不行，还要学会将辅音与元音结合在一起进行拼读，例如音标/kait/我们要教会学生首先发出/ai/的音，然后再结合前面的/k/音发出音发出/kai/，最后连上后面的/t/音，这样将三个音来整合起来就读/kait/的音，对应的单词就是kite,我们要在教学过程中多给学生训练与锻炼的机会，只有“熟能生巧”才会有效果，学生对音标的拼读能力是建立反复多次的拼读练习基础之上，如何让学生学会拼读，我们除了通过课堂内对学生传授必要的拼读技巧以外还可以采取小组竞赛，接龙比赛，头脑风暴，看谁拼得快，音标单词连线法这样的游戏活动增强同学们对拼读的兴趣与热情，从而克服学生单一背诵音形义的苦闷与埋怨。有了音标拼读的习惯，学生不仅能够更清晰
记住单词的读音，更有助于他们识记单词的字形，因为任何发音都是有规律的音形都是一一对应的，例如学生会读/b?g/这个音，首先他们脑海中会浮现这个单词的首字母一定会是b开头，而发/?/这个音的只有a，再加上/g/音是由g发出所以在脑海中会浮现bag单词的概念，因为在识记过程中音形成音义是互相关的所以书包的中文义又会在脑海浮现那么学生背诵起来，既轻松又深刻，如果没有音标记忆这一载体，那么学生只能单独记忆bag书包b-a-g书包，最后不但背不下来还会与big等单词混淆，反而影响记忆，导致对英语学习兴趣的递减,最后放弃英语。
三、在实现音标教学实现后进生突围中注意的原则
1.耐心原则
教师对学生的辅导一定要有耐心，不能知难而退，既然是后进生，他们的学习能力与态度应当是滞后的，教师要有强大的心理准备，要有期望，要认识到只有解决学生拼读问题才能最终解决学生背诵单词难的途径，所以学生在学音标拼读时出现的问题甚至反复，教师当不遗余力地给予帮助与解决一起帮助学生树立起解决问题的信心并增强他们的学习意志。
2.巩固性原则
音标拼读重在巩固，除了在课上采用多种途径来提升学生的拼读技能同时还应当采取更多措施让学生利用英语运用英语的习惯，如果说拼读是入门，那么教师更应当提供必要的简单的英语运用情境，因为对技能的使用是保证技能能够持久的重要途径，只有运用英语才是学好英语的必然归宿，通过运用英语来进一步加强与巩固对英语单词的识记与拼读，二者之间相辅相成。初中
英语后进生的转化是一项非常艰巨而又反复的系统工程，教师只有对症下药从兴趣入口，从基础入手才能转变他们对英语的畏难心理。树立起他们学习的信心与勇气，一切不遵循规律的死记硬背只能扼杀学生的学习积极性，让他们从此丧失英语学科的爱好与英语学习的信心。

惧心理，成为提高教学效率的障碍。因此，如何激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣是当前我们需要认真思考的问题。笔者认为，激发学生的英语学习兴趣，可从以下几方面入手。首先，建立和谐的师生关系，营造良好的教学氛围。和谐的师生关系是提高教学效率的前提。在英语教学中，教师不仅要传授知识，还要有爱心，有责任心，热爱学生、尊重学生，加强师生间的沟通交流互动，使学生“亲其师，信其道”，产生浓厚的学习兴趣。另外，良好的教学氛围也是激发学生学习兴趣和提高教学效率的重要条件。教师在英语教学中应尊重学生的个性和人格，为学生营造民主、和谐、愉悦的教学环境，给学生提供均等的展示自己的机会，在课堂上要多使用表扬用语，鼓励学生，使学生感到自信、轻松、愉快，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，从而使他们全身心地投入到英语学习中去，积极主动地获取知识和技能。其次，通过趣味导课，激发学生学习兴趣。教师要在上课伊始就调动起学生的学习积极性，可通过风趣幽默的开场白、生动有趣的小故事，用多媒体播放视听材料、歌曲、电影片段等，吸引学生的注意力，激发学生的学习兴趣。再次，运用游戏激发学生的学习兴趣。教师可在英语教学中适当开展游戏活动，将教学内容融入游戏中，使学生在游戏过程中学习和巩固知识，比如教学词汇时可用猜词游戏，讲授课文时，可组织小组竞争游戏。最后，开辟第二课堂，拓宽学生视野，激发学习兴趣。教师要注意课内外相结合，课下可让学生在教室办英语角、英语专栏，收集一些英语小故事、成语、笑话等，组织学生开展故事会、游戏、对话比赛等活动。这样，学生会兴趣盎然，积极准备，踊跃参加，能够拓宽他们的视野，使

课堂活动是激发学生学习兴趣、使学生掌握英语知识和技能的重要途径。那么，在初中英语教学中，教师怎样设计课堂活动
才能达到最佳的教学效果呢?我认为，要想使活动更具实效性，我们要遵循以下几方面的原则：教学活动目标要明确，情境创设要合理，要让全体学生都积极参与活动，要注意合理利用教学资源，要注意有效的评价和反馈。具体而言，首先，活动要围绕内容展开。每节课都有一定的教学内容和教学目标，教师在课前一定要理清思路，安排好教学内容和教学环节，根据每一个环节要达到的目标设置相关的教学活动，循序渐进，并突出教学重难点。其次，活动要难易适当。学生是课堂教学的主体，教师要保证学生能够积极参与，在有限的时间内完成教学任务，就要把握好课堂活动的难易程度，分层设计课堂活动，在学生的最近发展区内使各个层次的学生都能有所进步，在较有难度的地方给学生一些支持是非常必要的。这样，英语基础好的学生可以尽情表现，基础差的学生也能积极参与、有所收获。
四、科学地运用评价手段
教学评价是教学过程中的重要组成部分。教师通过评价，能够使学生认识到自己的优点和进步、缺点和不足，从而达到鼓励学生，增强学生自信心，纠正学生错误，使学生有效弥补不足的目的。如果学生在学习中得到了正面评价，那么他们就得到了教师和同学的肯定，就会产生成就感，增强自信心，就会产生学习英语的兴趣和学习进步的需要。相反，如果学生得到的负面评价过多，就会产生消极情绪，有些学生，特别是成绩较差的学生，学习英语的信心会下降。因此，教师应多鼓励学生，尊重学生的个体差异，对不同的学生提出不同的要求，只要他们有进步，就要鼓励他们，使各个层次的学生都能增强自信心，在英语学习上
都能进步。教师还要注意在表扬的同时也要指出学生的不足，使学生查漏补缺，积极进步。总之，在教学过程中，教师要科学合理地评价学生，要善于捕捉学生的闪光点，多表扬、少批评，使学生信心十足、积极主动地学好英语。
