反思一

在今后的教学中，
1、继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功。

3、培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题。
4、讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语。
5、在平时要通过阅读，培养学生阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。
6、设计全面、高校的课外作业，并进一步培养学生良好的书写习惯，做到整洁、规范，正确地书写;每周写一篇作文。

反思二
本次英语考试以中考题型命题，加强对基础知识的考查，侧重考查学生综合运用语言的能力。命题材料贴近学生生活，难度适中。其中听力笔录要点和书面表达失分较多。我所教两个班级19班比20班在人平，及格率和优秀率方面稍高。
从本次考试所反映的现状来看，今后的教学中应注意：

本次英语命题是八年级备课组命题，以考查基础知识为主，在此基础上考查学生综合运用语言的能力。命题材料贴近学生生活，难度适中。期中听力题，短文首字母填空和书面表达失分较多。我所教两个班级在均分，及格率和优秀率上都比较接近，均分60分左右，八(1)班19个及格、高分9个，八(2)班21个及格、11个高分。
从本次考试所反映的现状来看，今后的教学中应注意：

初二英语期末考试质量分析及反思 一、卷面大体情况 初二英语第一学期期中考试试卷共10页,满分120分,考试时间120分钟。题型分为客观性试题(即选择题，包括听力、单项选择、完型填空、阅读理解)和主观性试题(即非选择题, 包括阅读回答问题、词汇、用词的适当形式填空，句型转换、完成译句、短文填空和作文)。试卷紧扣教材，设题阶梯性好，难易相当。注重基础和能力相结合。能力题有一定拓展。有一定的深度和广度。这样有利于突出学生主体，尊重学生的个体差异。 二、试卷答题情况分析 1、听力 第一大题为听句子，选择正确答案（A、B、C三句），得分率为89.5%；平均分7.25。从各大题情况分析，应该说听力得分率稍满意一些。听力部分重点考查学生是否能正确理解所听内容。听力失分主要原因是听英语能力差，个别属于能理解所听内容，但反应能力差，说明我们日常教学中听力训练还不到位。 第二大题为根据所听对话内容选答语，得分率为78.8%，平均分5.8，其中第11小题得分率为59%，一部分学生没听清三个选项的区别。第三大题为听短文选择正确答案，得分率为60.6%，平均分3.4。其中得分率较低的是第18、19小题，得分率是51%、48%。 2、选择填空
