Supplier QAV-1 check list
1.本观点集是为了极力减小QAV-1中的确认项目以及评价（看法）等的偏差的向导，在此记载的项目也不是全部，
请根据接受审查方的规模以及业种等选定并使用项目
1．当観点集は、QAV－1に於いて、確認する項目及び評価（見方）等のバラツキを極力少なくするための
ガイドであり、ここに記載した項目が全てではなく、受審先の規模及び業種等に依って、項目を
選定し使用するよう留意願います。
1. This Check List is a guide to minimizing variations in check items and evaluation viewpoints in the QAV-1.
It is not always necessary to check all the items contained in this Check List, but it is recommended that
appropriate items are selected and checked depending on the scale, category, etc. of the auditee.
2.评价等级：D)不充分：从基本需要进行改善 C)部分不充分：要改订/改善
B)基本充分：维持现状也OK A)充分：很完善 的4个等级
2．評価ランクは、D）不充分：基本から見直し要 C）やや不充分：見直し／改善要
B）ほぼ充分：現状維持でも OK A）充分：大変素晴らしい の 4ランクです。
2. Each item should be rated on a A-to-D scale;
D = Dissatisfied: Need to review the basics, C = Somewhat dissatisfied: Need to review/improve,
B = Satisfied: OK if the status quo is maintained, A = Very satisfied; Excellent.

3.关于有必要进行纠正处置（评价C以及D的）的项目，不适合的纠正内容要在评价栏中详细记入，并转记到贵公司 的监察报告书中纠正记录发送到本田制锁的事务局

3．是正処置の必要な（評価が Ｃ及びＤの）項目については 不適合の内容を項目については 不適合の是正内容を
具体的にコメント欄に記入しこれを御社の監査報告書に転記して是正記録をホンダロックの事務局に送付してください。
3. Could you fill in a comment column with contents of non-conformity concretely about a necessary
(evaluation, 2 and 1) item of correction measure ?
Could you transfer these non-conformity to an inspection report of your company, and please send out
a correction record in the QA contact person of Honda lock ?
