政策性农业保险的问题分析与政策建议

【摘要】我国是一个农业大国，然而农业保险的发展仍处于初级阶段，相关政策还缺乏一定的科学性，其运营存在诸多困难。本文针对目前政策性农业保险实施过程中面临的问题，从保险公司供给意愿以及农户投保需求的角度，为政府制定政策措施提出了一系列可行的建议。% China is a large agricultural country, but the development of agricultural insurance is stil in its initial stage, the lack of systematical and scientific policy makes its operation process problematic. In order to maximize the wil ingness of insuring and balance the supply and demand of agricultural insurance, this article put forward series of feasible suggestions by analyzing the operational problems that the agricultural insurance faced with.
