29. say, speak, tell, talk 的用法:都有说的意思。say着重讲的内容,其宾语可以是名词,代词,从句或直接宾语如:Let's go and say good-bye to him. Can you say it in English?

tell通常跟双宾语:tell sb.. to sb. 或tell sb. sth如:He told the children an interesting story. 固定词组:tell a story, tell a lie(说谎), tell the truth(说真话).

talk是交谈的意思,侧重双方都参与的谈话,与介词about, with, to 连用。如:Who are you talking about? speak通常用做不及物动词,表示单方面讲,对方是被动的听。如Who is going to speak at the meeting? speak也可用做及物动词,但通常跟表示语言的名词做宾语。如She can speak English and French.

30. borrow / lend borrow借入,和from连用;lend借出,和to连用。Can I borrow your book?

=Can I borrow a book from you? = Can you lend me your book? = Can you lend your book to me?

1. wake up 醒来,把...叫醒后接代词作宾语时,代词要放在中间,如:wake me(him, her, us, them.) up

2. It’s time for sth. =It’s time to do sth. 该做某事了,如:It’s time for supper.= It’s time to have supper.

It’s time for sb. to do sth. 某人该做某事了,如:It’s time for them to get up. 他们该起床了。

3. 现在进行时:He is cleaning the windows. →What is he doing? 他在擦窗户。他在干什么?

一般将来时:He is going to water the flowers. →What is he going to do? 他准备浇花。他准备干什么?

4. go to sleep= go to bed 去睡觉how to have fun怎样享受乐趣do after-school activities进行课外活动

5. exercise表示“练习题”时是可数名次,作为“运动,锻炼”时是不可数名词。注意:

do morning exercises ,do eye exercises两个词组中是可数名词. He never does any exercise. 他从不锻炼。

6. I like my classroom because it is big and clean. →Why do you like your classroom?

7. My friends are all nice to me. =All my friends are nice to me. They all like English. 注意all的位置

Which player is your favourite? = Which player do you like best? 你最喜欢哪个运动员?

9. spend的用法:用(钱), 花费, 主语必须是人; spend …on sth. =( in) doing sth.

Each student can spend¥10. 每个学生可能要花费10元。

He doesn't spend much time on(in doing) his homework . 他花在作业上的时间不多。

注意同意句:He spends much time reading English. = It takes him much time to read English.

10. She is a good swimmer. = She is good at swimming. = She does well in swimming. 她擅长游泳。

11. practice doing 训练做某事He often practises playing basketball after school.

12. 双宾语:双宾语是指某些动词后面接了两个宾语,一个是物,一个是人,即一个是直接宾语,一个是间接宾语。物是直接宾语,人是间接宾语。(你可以记为“间人”,谐音“贱人”,就记住了)人在物后时,buy, cook, make, sing, get用介词for, 其它大部分词后用to,如:send, give, show等等.

He buys me a mobile. = He buys a mobile for me. She gives me some candy. = She gives some candy to me.

15. too much, 修饰不可数名词too many,修饰可数名词much too,锈蚀形容词或者副词

You shouldn’t watch too much TV. 你不应该看太多的电视。

We shouldn’t eat too many apples.我们不应该吃太多的苹果。He runs much too fast. 他跑得太快了。

16. both 两个all 三个或者三个以上His parents are both teachers. 他父母都是教师。

All of us like English. = We all like English. 我们都喜欢英语。

17. 人称位置:I 位于最后,采取231的顺序。复数采用123顺序。You, he and I all like our school.

注意作为宾语时的用法:Do you like him and me? 你喜欢他和我吗?

18. go to her dancing lesson去上舞蹈课say hello to与某人打招呼say goodbye to向某人告别

on the phone 在电话里know a lot (much) about对某事很了解,精通某事

19. be busy doing sth. = be busy with sth. 忙于做某事

have some (much) time to do有一些(许多)时间做某事

20. teach me(him, her, us, them , you )English, 教某人英语,注意用宾格。

21. pardon 没有听清楚对方说的话,要求再重复一次时使用;sorry 真正的道歉

1、hungry形容词hunger名词He is always hungry. 他总是很饿。

He is crying because of hunger. 他因为饿正在哭泣。

2、never从不,绝不,seldom很少,不常,否定词,用于句中构成否定句。

He never does any e xercise. 他从来不锻炼。注意句中用any,不用some.

3、want (sb.)to do = would like (sb.) to do想(某人)做某事

4、health健康,名词;healthy= fit健康的,形容词。He wants to keep (stay)healthy. 他想保持健康。

Doing morning exercises is good for our health. 做早操对我们的健康有好处。

5、also too , 也,用于肯定句和一般疑问句中;either,也,用于否定句中。

6、It is +形容词+for sb. to do sth. 对某人来讲做某事….样

It is very important for us to learn English well. 学好英语对我们来讲很重要。

It is good for you to get up early. 早起对你们有好处。

Running in the morning is good for your health. = It is good for you to running in the morning.

7、I’m a top student at school. = I’m the best student at school. 我在学校是一名尖子生。

I’m one of the top students at school. = I’m one of the best students at school. 我在学校是一名尖子生。

8、plan to do计划做某事They are planning to go to visit their friends. 他们正准备去看望他们的朋友。

9、seldom = not very often 不常lifestyle = the way you live 你生活的方式(注意63页第一部分)

dancer= a person who dances 跳舞的人energy= power to do things 做事的能量

diet = the food you usually eat 你通常吃的食品exercise= sports activities 体育活动(锻炼)

10、get tired 变的疲劳get, 连系动词,后接形容词作表语,连系动词还有sound, look, feel, turn, be等。

be 后面可以接名词和形容词作表语,其它词后面都要接形容词。She is very happy. She is a good girl.

The music sounds great. 音乐听起来很美。The boy feels very cold. 男孩感觉很冷。

The flowers look beautiful. 这些话看上去很漂亮。His face turns red. 他的脸变红了。

look after (well)= take (good) care of (好好)照顾

13、可数名词的复数构成见课本65页。注意不规则名词的复数。radio, zoo, photo, piano, kilo的复数加-s,其它以o结尾的单词加-es; 以f; fe结尾的单词目前都要把f; fe改为-ves;以man结尾的单词一般都把man 改为men,但是Walkman和German特殊,直接加-s;另外要记住:foot →feet; tooth→teeth; sheep→sheep; Chinese →Chinese; Japanese→Japanese.名词修饰名词构成的词组中,只有man. woman 构成的词组需要把两个名词都改为复数,其它都保持不变。如:a man doctor →men doctors; a woman teacher→women teachers ; a boy student →boy students a shoe shop→shoe shops 等等。

注意不可数名词量词的使用,a bag of rice 一袋米; two packets of salt两袋盐; three kilos of pork三公斤猪肉; four pieces of paper四张纸; five cartons of milk四盒牛奶; six cups of tea六杯茶等等。
