我国塑料食品包装的安全性分析

北京工商大学商学院，北京1000４8)摘 要:简要概述了塑料食品包装材料的发展及塑料包装材料的种类，详细分析了影响塑料包装食品安全的因素，不仅原材料和加工助剂能影响食品安全，法律法规二产品质量检验方法和技术也是影响食品安全的重要因素三提出了提高食品安全性的措施，明确政府职责，发挥监管作用;完善相关标准，强化检验体系;强化企业自管，提高自律意识;加大科研投入，开发绿色材料三

Abstract :This article summarized the develo p ment and classifications of p lastic food p acka g in g materials in China and anal y zed the factors affectin g food safet y in detail ，which included raw materials ，p rocessin g aids ，laws and rules ，and the measurement methods and techni q ues of p roduct q ualit y .Some su gg estions were also p ro p osed for the im p rovement of food safet y ，includin g the clarification of g overnment res p onsibilities ，the enhancement of administration ，the im p lementation of relevant standards and the enhancement of q ualit y s y stems.Moreover ，the enter p rises should stren g then their self -mana g ement ，raise the awareness of self -disci p line and enhance the investment in research and develo p ment of g reen materials.Ke y words :food safet y ;p lastic food p acka g in g ;safet y
