一、上场前
每一个人，无论是你身经百战，参加过很多次的演讲比赛也好，或者是你第一次上台演
讲，请记住，无论你的心理素质有多好，上台以后你都会紧张。
所以在上台之前，应该做好充分的准备，充分熟悉你的演讲稿，做到可以通顺的、不假
思索的背下来。因为你在紧张的时候有可能会忘词，忘词了以后再加上紧张和现场的气氛，
你会想不起来。耽误的时间越长，你被扣分就越多。
所以，上场前，自己的稿子至少熟悉10遍。
二、上场比赛
1、上场动作
? 挺胸抬头，面带微笑，精精神神的昂首挺胸上场。
? 在台上，先微笑环视全场的评委、观众，然后鞠躬，进行自我介绍。 ? 自
我介绍越简单越好，但是要充分将自己的信息介绍给评委。

你的演讲
演讲的过程中要注意你的细节：
1 声音洪亮演讲发音固然重要，但是你的发音准确，评委和观众看你自己在上面哝
哝，还是不行的，因为觉得你很小家子气，不知道你在说什么。声音洪
亮是你自信的表现，也能彰显出你的霸气。
2 面带微笑微笑是人类最美的表情，也是最具有杀伤力的表情。在演讲过程中全程
保持微笑透露着以下信息：
1、我很自信，我相信我能表现得很好
2、我准备得很充分
3、我是一个很有亲和力的选手
4、我很享受演讲的乐趣
3 肢体语言如果演讲全程你的手都处于立正的状态，说明你很拘谨，很紧张，很没
有自信。手上的动作要配合你的演讲，比如挥挥胳膊，眼神一直在与所
有观众交流等等。切忌一直低着头看地板，那是悼念！！
4 眼神交流一直看着观众，不要低头，不要看着评委不懂，如果你紧张，看着最后
一排观众后面的墙，你看着的是墙，别人看着你会认为你看着的是观众！
5 反问观众注意，在你的演讲中最好用到反问的语句，这样才更好的调动评委和观
众的注意力！
三、即兴问答
1 充分利用准备时间，因为一般15秒到30秒的准备时间，评委和观众的注意力会产生
短
暂的休息，所以当时间到了以后，你开始即兴演讲，评委和观众的注意力还没有集中到
你的演讲上面，所以你又为自己争取了10秒左右的时间构思和思考开场套语：

My memories of her dissolved into thin air and leaked away like water. Even though I have a telephone, can she hear me now? Even though I might be on television, can she see me now? Even though I have modern telecommunications, can she still communicate with me now? With all these ―tele‖s, I was powerless. Don’t people just love the word of ―tele‖, which means far away.
