高三阶段的学情分析及班级管理措施高三学生面临毕业，尤其是面临日益迫近的高考，在心理、思想、行为等方面具有一定的复杂性和特殊性。而我们认真研究和分析学生的具体情况，采取有针对性的班级管理措施，对促进高三的教育教学质量将起着重要促进作用。 学情分析： 做好学生工作首先要从学生实际出发，即需要分析好学生情况。而对学生情况的分析可以从共性和个性两个角度来认识，这样有利于更好地了解和把握学生情况，增强学生工作的针对性，从而提高学生管理的有效性。在此我从高三学生的共性角度，从学生的学习、心理和行为三个方面来分析一下学生情况。 一、根据学生的学习情况，分为三种基本类型： 1、信心型（成绩优秀学生）：这部分学生有明确的目标、浓厚的学习兴趣，有良好的心理素质，基础扎实，学习能力比较强，成绩稳定，对高考充满信心。 2、迷茫型（成绩中游或偏下学生）：这部分学生有升上大学的强烈愿望，但由于基础欠扎实，学习方法不当，成绩不稳定，导致思想波动大，当成绩下降时，表现消极，对升学感到迷茫。 3、失志型（成绩较差学生）：这部分学生基础太差，偏科现象严重，思想进入升学没有希望的误区，以致于成绩每况愈下，甚至自暴自弃。 二、根据学生的日常表现，主要有五种不良心态： 1、焦虑、浮躁的心态。 随着高考的迫近，高三学生的心理负荷不断加大，突出表现为焦虑、浮躁。主要原因是由于升学愿望强烈，急于提高成绩，结果欲速则不达，屡次出现现实与愿望脱节的矛盾，就产生了焦虑、浮躁心理情绪。这种心理在中等学生当中表现得较为突出，随成绩的波动，静不下心来，学习动力不足，影响了学习效果。如果这种心理成了气候，还会影响到整个班级的学风、士气。 2、激动、暴躁的心态。 高三学生由于学习压力大，感情受到压抑，情绪容易激动，行为上表现得比较暴躁，有时会因小矛盾出现严重事件，既分散了师生的精力，又影响了班级的凝聚力，给班级管理带来较大的困难。 3、寂寞、枯燥的心态。 由于学生学习、生活单调，缺少交流与沟通，一部分学生心理上呈现出寂寞、枯燥的心态，他们渴望与老师交流，希望从老师或者学生那里获得安慰、鼓励。 4、封闭、保守的心态。 高三学习竞争激烈，导致有些学生恐怕别人超过了自己，学习保守，不仅不回答别人的提问，不向别人交流学习方法，而且有了疑问也不问别人，把“问”看作是在浪费时间，闭门造车，把自己封闭起来。缺少合作的保守心态，也严重影响了学习效率。
