How to read numbers ？（怎样读数字？）
【牢记－方法】1）首先，把数字从右往左分成三个一组，然后按照从十亿到百万和千的顺序来读。
2) 千位数字以上的基数词的表示：以三位数字为单位，从后向前用逗号依次隔开，第一个逗号用thousand表示，第二个逗号用million,第三个逗号用billion来表示。逗号之间的数字按百位数的表达法来表示。如：
12 187 690 780 ：twelve billion, one hundred and eight-seven million, six hundred and ninety thousand , seven hundred and eighty
3)朗读多位英文数字时，总是最后一个数读降调，它前面的位数均读升调。
