第2步自查：对照老徐版本的参考答案自查，自己修订错误；
第3步复盘：重新写一遍，仍然要求手写。（最好是等两天之后再做第3步，因为当时马上写的话，容易变成背诵），写完之后再对照原文。
自己写过的文章考前一定要多复习几遍，因为考试的时候你一定会去写自己最熟悉的词汇和句子。

There are a few factors that impede the economic growth of developing countries. Among these factors the shortage of fund and backward technology are perhaps the most important. These problems can be solved to some extent by introducing transnational companies, which tend to have abundant financial resources and advanced technology. Besides, as foreign companies hire a large number of employees locally, they can create more jobs and increase the income of local people. Due to the rich experience in management, foreign companies can also help to train qualified personnel for developing countries.
However, some people are opposed to introducing foreign companies and regard them as a threat to local companies. Local companies tend to be in a disadvantageous position in the competition with their foreign rivals, which may undermine the growth of national industries. Also, when setting up factories in other countries, some international companies may exploit local natural resources and ignore the impact on the environment. Their operation may cause pollution to the local environment.
In my point of view, the benefits of introducing foreign companies are obvious and developing countries should create better conditions for foreign companies to develop their business. Meanwhile, local companies should be aware that international competition is unavoidable and the solution is to take the challenge.
