发完报价后1-2天没有回复-----跟进邮件1(确认是否收到),有条件的最好发完邮件后直接电话询问如果仍旧没有回复----一周后跟进邮件2或者电话询问原因仍旧无回复,十天,半个月去邮件联系---跟进邮件3 跟踪客户没必要非得要求形式,重要的是内容和跟进的点找准。
并非一定要死缠烂打,前提是让客户记住你,还能对你不厌烦;否则你就成了推销保险的了。

⼀封巧妙跟进客户的邮件(电话+追加邮件)很多朋友会纠结⼀个问题,客⼈不回邮件,⽯沉⼤海,不论如何写邮件都没有回⾳,实在有种⽆⼒的感觉。
稍微聪明⼀点的,会采⽤邮件配合电话的⼿法来做follow-up,⽐如邮件发过去,要给的都给到位了,也隔了不短的时间,各种follow-up技巧都⽤过,也催促过,都⽆下⽂的情况下,就打个电话沟通⼀下,看看真实原因是什么,究竟问题出在哪⾥,是客⼈需要更多时间货⽐三家呢,还是项⽬暂时搁置,还是因为休假或者什么原因还没有进展等等。
只有弄清楚原因,才可以对症下药,这是绝对没有错的。
可是更⽆⼒的,就是下⾯这种情况:邮件不回,电话也⼀直没⼈接,whatapp信息看到就是不回,这个往往是更让⼈抓狂的,容易让业务员有很多联想,脑补各种场景,让⾃⼰的⼼态更加糟糕。
其实呢,很多问题并没有那么复杂,也不⽤⼈为去想复杂了,完全可以针对性处理就好。

展会四类客户跟进邮件模版
接待客户时,根据客户的兴趣程度,将客户分成:机会,感兴趣,了解,路人。对于不同
的客户,采取不同策略。
1. 机会客户:
客户很有意向,基本属于已经决定要购买,只是决定买什么规格,数量,从谁那里买的问
题。这类客户,追踪的时候,要重点把客户的注意力放在规格的选择上,追问客户的需求
细节。通过关注具体的细节,把握住客户的注意力,推动客户往前走。
只要客户一直跟你联系,就跟客户越来越熟悉。客户给你的信息越多,同样的信息,他再
给其他人解释一遍的成本就越高。如果感觉你值得信任,比较靠谱,他跟别人再解释一遍
的意愿就会降低。
在竞争方面,要重点解决,“你为何要跟我买”的问题。价格是一个重要的方面,如果价
格比对手高,要主动说明为何你justify这个高的价格,好在什么地方。但价格,甚至质
量都不是最关键的地方。客户觉得你是否值得信赖和靠谱最关键。无论是老板自己,还是
职业采购人员,都不想冒太大的风险。

requirement for the package
(通过提问,将客户的注意力放在能够向前推进的细节上。只要客户一点一点地给你提供
构成一个完整订单的详细信息,你就在往订单一步步迈进。)

对于机会客户,要针对客户的需求,认真分析,认真来写。这类客户数量很少,只有
10%-20%,确值得你花80-90%的时间。因为你的订单可能多数是从这类客户里出来。
2.感兴趣客户
客户很感兴趣,但还没有下定决心要购买。为何没有下定决心,或因为市场需要进一步了
解,或者目前有个不错的合作对象,不甚满意,但要断掉合作关系,又担心新供应商有风
险,万一要是连这个老供应商都不如怎么办呢
这类客户,你的重点是要推动他做决定,而不是强调为何他要同你合作,因为他还没有下
决定呢。下了决定,他才会考虑同谁合作的问题。
a)需要调研市场型
因为客户对于市场不了解,对于市场能否畅销有顾虑。所以可以通过一些成功的案例,帮
客户树立信心,同时要有耐心和展示自信,甚至给客户一个特殊的政策,让客户去试销。

b)对现有供应商不死心
重点是让挖掘现有供应商的弱点,让客户感觉到痛苦,意识到一个不好的供应商对他的生
意的危害之大。注意,千万别直接攻击竞争对手,那样很不优雅,客户不会喜欢。攻击竞
争对手的弱点,而不是竞争对手本身。比如,我们知道竞争对手的质量不稳定,你不要说
XXX公司质量不稳定,很烂。而是说“你给你的客户稳定的质量吗如果质量不稳定,会给
你带来什么后果呢”
当然有的客户会告诉你现有的供应商有问题,更多的客户不会告诉你,他觉得告诉你了,
会在谈判的时候处于不利地位,被你利用。当客户不告诉你的时候,你就要自己去揣摩,
旁敲侧击地去问了。

3. 了解信息
这类客户往往对于这个产品还不甚了解,随便问问,了解一下信息。有的甚至直接问个价
格,有的业务员误认为问价的客户就一定兴趣很大。其实,有相当部分的客户问价只是为
了随口了解一下。他们甚至还没有到认真考虑销售这个产品的程度。更不用说跟你合作
了。
这类客户我也会在客哆哆里建个分组,然后用一封模板来发。
这样的客户重点放在,帮助他了解这个产品的来龙去脉,产品的卖点,市场机会等等。触
动客户去深入调研这个产品的机会,下决心购买。

有些客户并非经营同类产品,销售渠道也没有,只是出于好奇跑到你的摊位上交换了张名
片。甚至有过来推销的。这类客户很少有能成功的。我一般把他放到一个list里,群
发。不会花精力在上面。
