My dream
Good morning , dear teachers and friends! My name is Pan Wenqi. I am fifteen. I come from 一八国际学校. Today, I’m very happy to stand here, I will talk about my dream.
Everyone has a dream, I have a dream that one day I can be a diplomat(外交官). Because I want to introduce China to the world. China is a great country with a long history. My country is very beautiful. She has big mountains, long rivers and a lot of hardworking people. I love my country. Of couese I hope I can go to America, France, Germany, England…… and so on, I hope I can travel around the world to introduce my country.
I know, to be a good diplomat, I need to learn English well. English is very important today. It has been used everywhere in the world. I like English very much. Every morning, I read English. I insist(坚持) to write an English composition(作文) every week. I
often watch English cartoons to improve(提高) my English. My fav ourite cartoon is “the cat and mouse ”.
Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after hard study, I can speak English well. Where there is a will, there is a way. I believe my dream is not a day-dream, it will come true.
I believe dream, I believe hope, I believe I can fly.
At last, I want to tell the world, Diaoyu Islands are Chinese.
