Chapter one meditation meditation

1.1 now, we're going to explain what yoga is.

1.2 yoga is the change of learning to control consciousness.

1.3 in this way, the senses can return their true colors.

1.4 otherwise, we will identify with those changes.

1.5 there are five kinds of changes, painful and painless:

1.6 knowledge, fallacy, fantasy, sleep and memory.

1.7 perception, inference and evidence are knowledge.

1.8 wrong knowledge is falsehood, not from reality.

1.9 literal knowledge, but no object is fantasy.

1.10 the loss of awakening leads to sleep.

1.11 the memory of those experienced things is memory.

1.12 by exercising and not clinging to things, you can control the above.

1.13 perseverance is exercise.

1.14 after a long period of time, you can lay a solid foundation.

1.15 without perseverance, there is no desire for what you see and hear.

1.16 because of knowing my true self, there is no desire for anything in the world, and this is the highest.

The 1.17 highest meditation is really by me and the universe and combined with truth, discernment, the perception of.

1.18 another kind of meditation is achieved by abandoning the secular and lasting exercise, and dispelling the old habits.

1.19 the undifferentiated beings, without the body, completely merge into the highest nature.

1.20 other people have been strenuously, confidence, intelligence, memory, meditation stage.

1.21 some people have a strong will and will soon be able to enter meditation.

1.22 from mild to strong exercise, the best effect.

1.23 this can also be achieved by obedience to god.

1.24 the spirit of God, unaffected by any nature or action.

1.25 he is the source of all knowledge.

1.26 he is an ancient man, so that he is a mentor.

1.27 his symbol is the sacred voice (AUM).

1.28 the sound often chanting, can achieve success.

1.29, it can reach the consciousness of the universe, and make everything without obstacles.

1.30 disease, laziness, hesitation, weakness, materialism, fallacy, mental concentration, attention is not stable, these are the consciousness of scattered obstacles.

1.31 in addition to worry, tension, uneven breathing, etc..

1.32 yoga can overcome all of this.

1.33 the peace of mind comes from friendship, benevolence, joy and equality. To treat happiness and suffering equally, worthwhile and unworthy, can make the consciousness pure.

1.34 control breathing can overcome all of this.

1.35 subtle perception produces the highest conscious change, making the mind calm.

1.36 this is due to the transcendent, inner light.

1.37 also because consciousness controls desire.

1.38 also due to the knowledge of dreams and sleep.

1.39 also due to meditation meditation exercise.

The 1.40 united by as small as atoms to the infinitely great can dominate.

1.41 true perception is the ability of perception, perception and perception of the three fully transparent.

1.42 awareness like gems to the object through sound.

1.43 true knowledge is a visual object.

1.44, at the same time, thinking has transformed, purify the memory, so that the object can appear in the state of no thinking.

1.45 subtle objects appear in the absence of each other.

More than 1.46 of the seeds are called meditation.

1.47 but if I reach the mind without meditation, I will appear.

1.48 intelligence and truth unite.

1.49 this is quite different from the reasoning of words.

One

50 the state of being born from meditation will transcend the habits of thought before.

1.51, once this control is reached, no seed meditation is reached.

The second chapter practice exercise

2.1 yoga is the self-discipline of the body, learning classics, and obedience to god.

The 2.2 goal is to promote meditation and remove the root of the disorder.

2.3 ignorance, ego, infatuation, rejected, greed, is five kinds

of obstacles of life.

2.4 ignorance is the breeding ground for the rest, whether it is sleeping, mild, or capable of forming obstacles or fierce.

2.5. Ignorance identifies those who are not eternal, impure, painful, nor true to me, as eternal, pure, pleasant, belonging to the true self.

2.6, the ego is the ability of the senses to identify themselves with perception.

2.7 infatuation is the pursuit of desire.

2.8 rejection is living in pain.

There are still 2.9 or in those who have studied, is their own promotion.

2.10 when these obstacles are still subtle, they can do the opposite to eliminate them.

2.11 if it is formed, meditation can be done to eliminate it.

2.12 these barriers come from the past, and act in visible and invisible boundaries.

2.13 once the root is taken, it affects the condition of life, the length of life and the experience.

2.14 because of the difference between good deeds and bad deeds,

dimethoate and bitter fruit are produced respectively.

2.15 for intelligent people, what is bitter. Because everything is changing, things become opposite.

2.16 the pain in the future is avoidable.

2.17 the cause of suffering is that the conscious person agrees with the being perceived.

2.18 there are all kinds of things and sensations in the world that liberate us from the universe.

2.19 nature has four characteristics: specific, non specific, distinct and undifferentiated.

The 2.20 sense is only the perception itself, though pure, or through the mind to see things, and the ego makes him agree with this thinking.

2.21 the nature of this perception is for the benefit of the conscious.

2.22 although the awakening of people, these will be destroyed, but for other people, there are still.

2.23 the perceived and percipi combination, will produce the world.

2.24 ignorance is the cause of it.

2.25 if there is no tomorrow, no perception and perception percipi meet, will receive free.

2.26 eliminate ignorance on continuous discernment.

2.27 intelligence has seven stages, with the growth of knowledge, one after another show.

2.28 through yoga exercise, those will be mixed with the light of knowledge removal, the birth of intelligent discernment.

The 2.29 precepts, diligence, to regulate the body, breath, heart, breath, meditation, photo samadhi is eight yoga.

2.30 non violence, not lying, stealing, not indulgence, not just for the sake of.

2.31 no matter where, where, or under what circumstances belongs to the class, it is an oath that cannot be broken.

2.32 internal and external cleanliness, satisfaction, control of the body and senses, learning classics, obedience to God, are all hard work.

2.33 if there is opposition to yoga, oppose it with the opposite.

2.34 the destructive instinct is harmful thought. Whether you do it yourself, or you can lead it, or you can identify it. If greed, anger, and confusion become motives, whether moderate, moderate or violent, will bring endless suffering and ignorance,

so to develop the opposite.

2.35 as long as the determination of non violence, hostility will be eliminated.

2.36 without telling lies, you can enjoy the fruits of your work.

2.37 if you don't steal, you'll have wealth.

2.38 not sex, can enjoy the spiritual health.

2.44 from continuous learning to harmony with heaven.

Two

45 samadhi is by one with God and attention.

The 2.46 position must be stable and comfortable.

2.47 control the restlessness, meditate on infinity, and do it.

2.48 in this way, you will not be subjected to two yuan sexual harassment.

2.49 control your breathing after you have mastered your posture.

2.51, the fourth is that breathing is neither outside nor inside.

2.52 then the veil of light is removed.

2.53, this spirit is suitable for cooperative meditation.

2.54 if the mind is out of the senses, and the senses are not mixed with the senses, attention becomes one of them.

2.55 then reach the highest control of the senses.

The third chapter meditation strength

3.1 concentration is putting consciousness on one thing.

The 3.2 is about the perception of meditation.

There are only 3.3 samadhi object of meditation, disappear on their own perception.

3.4 these three form meditation meditation.

3.5 by mastering meditation, we get the light of intelligence.

3.6 this mastery is accomplished at different stages.

3.7 these three are more intrinsic than previously discussed.

3.8 but even if these three are also outside the realm of no seeds.

3.9 the state of control is the activity of controlling the connection of the mind, which reduces those habits.

3.10 the circulation is stabilized by constant practice.

3.11 when the mind on a substrate, the other interest will decline, can achieve samadhi.

3.12 in this realm, the past and the heart will become the same.

3.13 the changes in sense, therefore, transcend the principles and properties of things.

3.14 the nature of things is the past, present and future of the three principles.

3.15 evolution is caused by the continuous transformation of

these three principles.

3.16 to meditate on these three transformations, the knowledge of the past and the future can be acquired.

3.33 to meditate on the heart, you can get the knowledge about consciousness.

3.34 joy comes from soul and intelligence. By meditating on the true self, I get the knowledge of true me.

3.35 to achieve the super hearing, vision, taste and smell.

These 3.36 forces are the obstacles of samadhi.

3.37 when you know the reason why attention is limited, the

yogi's consciousness can enter into another person's body.

3.38 control of the power, the yogi can walk on water, without thorns hurt. He can overcome death.

3.39 through the control of life energy, the body shines.

3.40 when you meditate on the ether and the hearing, you can hear the voice of the sky.

3.41 meditate on the relationship between the ether and the body,

Gas's body became very light and able to fly in the air.

3.42 meditation on the mind, can leave the body, then the ignorance will be removed.

3.43 the substance, the physical shape, the state, and the function of matter can be controlled by meditation.

3.44 this makes the body extremely small, enormous, and can not be damaged.

3.45 the body becomes beautiful, powerful and strong.

3.46 by controlling the vitality of organs and their nature and function, they can control these senses.

3.54 truly, I become pure as life energy, and attain perfection and freedom.

The fourth chapter is free and comfortable

4.1 by the former and the supernatural, and, by drugs by chanting mantra, and through meditation and.

4.2 the transformation of life from lower level to higher level is due to the creativity of nature.

4.3 good or bad behavior is not directly caused by the disintegration of natural forces simply remove obstacles, like the farmer to remove the stone in the field for irrigation.

4.6 only those who achieve samadhi consciousness to become the highest from desire.

4.7 the yogi's behavior is neither black nor white. But for others it's the following three: black, white, and two.

4.8, the three of them show the corresponding results.

4.9 even if there is time, space, species barrier, because of memory and habits, those results can continue.

4.10 the pursuit of joy is eternal, but desire and habit are not beginning.

4.11 it is caused by reason, fruit, support and object. Without it, it does not exist.

4.12 the past and the future depend on their forms and principles.

4.13 they are latent or manifest, each according to their characteristics.

4.14 all things are unity, because this is the evolution of the whole.

4.15 objects are the same, but if they don't have the same senses, they don't look the same.

4.16 the knowable or unknowable of things depends on whether they can be understood by the mind.

4.17 the knowable or unknowable of things depends on the state in which the mind has been adjusted.

4.18 the adjustment of consciousness is always known to the conscious, because the eternal spirit is unchangeable.

4.19 those souls cannot light themselves, because they are recognized as objects.

4.20 the perception and the object cannot be perceived simultaneously.

4.21 consciousness is known by another consciousness, which leads to infinite retreat and leads to confusion in thought.

4.22 when the mind becomes a higher form of spiritual body, it can perceive higher consciousness.

4.23 in all senses, perception is colored by the subject of perception.

4.24 the mind is regulated by desire to work for the highest, because of its mixed nature.

4.25 the separation of their true self from their thinking for those who are aware of it.

4.26 get the sense of discrimination, and then you can be free.

4.27 sometimes, thinking comes from past habits.

4.28 as mentioned above, removal of these habits is the removal of obstacles.

4.29 those who achieve complete resolution, completely abandoned the desires of the state, is called samadhi.

4.30 to all the pain elimination, can eliminate all kinds of cause and effect obstacles, get comfortable.

4.31 knowledge eliminates all shadows,

Become infinite, and the function of the senses becomes small.

4.32 completed their goals, and the evolution of the three states ceased.

4.33 evolving to the end, becoming an obvious transformation.

4.34 when the three states accomplish their aims, they attain the state of freedom and know all their own knowledge. This is absolute freedom.
