【摘要】Objective To explore the improved injection method and the pressing time on prevention of low molecular heparin subcutaneous injection site adverse effect. Methods Department of cardiology patient acceptance of low molecular heparin subcutaneous injection for the treatment of patients with 42 cases, were randomly divided into A group and B group with 21 cases in each group.In group A with traditional injection, group B with improved injection method, each kind of injection methods according to different injection pressing time after each divided into group a (3min), b group (5min), c group (10min), through a case-control study, observation of two injection methods on different pressing time, local congestion condition.Results In the B group (test group) in patients with localized congestion levels were significantly lower than those in A group (control group), P < 0.01; group a hemorrhage area greater than group b. c, b.c group, no significant difference between the bleeding area.Conclusion B group is to reduce injection method of low molecular heparin subcutaneous injection site hemorrhage, and bleeding degree and pressing time is about 3 minutes, press the bleeding was obviously higher than that of 5
