1自我介绍Central University of Finance and Economics

Good morning dear professors. I am glad to be here for this interview. My name is Niuhua, 25 years old. I come from Handan,the capital of Hehbei Province. I am a third year master major in Management Science and Engineering at Capital University of Economics and Business. Some people will be surprised that why I would choose to statistics, for these two disciplines look rather different from each other. The reason is that I majored in statistics for four years in Heibei University of Economics and Business.Next I will introduce myself for further details in three respects.

First on my character

Just like my father, I am open-minded , quick in thought and very fond of history. Frequently I exchange ideas with my family during super. In addition , during my college years, I was once the chairman of the Student Union. These work have urged me develop active and responsible characters.

I have a two-sided nature ,In my spare time, I spend most of the time Playing pingpong ,running and swiming, beliveing “Life is movement “ so when I am on the Playground, Relaxing myself thoroughly,my classmate always call me“lively fish”. But when I do my reaserch,I often reading reletive books carefully, analysising of the study logically,my master tutor used to praise me a practical steady student .

Second on my Education background

In 2011, I entered the Capital University of Economics and Business. -- widely considered one of the Beijing’s best Economics schools. During the following two years‘m aster study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted second Class Prize last semester, and Involved in my tutor’s two topics ,which cultivate my research ability and academic interest. In 2012, July I was selected to participate in the Fifth Management Science and Statistics International Conference Qingdao, I saw the top masters of these two disciplines, and their views give me great inspiration.At the beging of last semester, I won the Early graduation qualification as the one and only candidate in my department, after Comprehensive Evaluation by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Third on my future plan

First of all, I will make full use of the resources of school library, learning statistical theory and application systemly, Secondly, I will try my best to involve in the major’s subject of the teacher to further develop my own research capacity, after three years of precipitation, I hope to write a doctoral article with certain academic level.

Today, pollution has become a serious problem to us. It means that the air,seas, rivers and land are polluted by waste or poisonous things. It does harm not only to human beings but also to animals

We cannot have fresh air because many factories have the poisonous smoke sent into the air. Beautiful parks are made dirty by plastic tins and bags. Fish die from the polluted water. It is said that strange diseases have appeared in some places because

of pollution.

Recently, Beijing's air pollution reached dangerous

levels ,marking the third consecutive day of severe smog, Many adverse effects that often accompanies with,Due to low visibility, many flights canceled so brought many inconveniences to people's lives, some factories were forced to shut down due to serious pollution, hindering economic progress.Due to difficulty breathing, a lot of outdoor activities have to stop.

I hope scientists can find ways to solve the serious problem. We are looking forward to seeing the clear sky, clean rivers and beautiful parks again.

项措施。"Beijing implemented its emergency response plan for hazardous pollution. The plan, issued last year, includes multiple measures to combat and respond to hazardous levels of air pollution.

该应急方案规定,严重污染日时,建筑施工工地应减少产生大量灰尘的施工行为,并要求工业企业减少排放。The plan calls for construction sites to limit construction activity that creates large amounts of dust, as well as asks industrial enterprises to reduce emissions, during hazardous pollution days.

方案还要求市政交通部门在浓雾天气采用临时交通管制,限制政府车辆的使用,目标是减少正常日中30%的车辆。The plan also requires municipal traffic authorities to limit government vehicle usage during smoggy days, with the goal of reducing such usage by 30 percent compared to normal days.

Form the point of me , It time for us to come up with a way to eradicate the fog , Maybe jointing efforts of government 、scientists and people is an effect way.

3考博原因

Now people in growing numbers are beginning to realize the importance of doctoral degree. As for me,there are several reasons.

I had been deeply impressed by the academic atmosphere when I came here last summer. In my opinion, as one of the most famous economics university in our country, it provide people with enough room to get further enrichment . This is the first reason.

The second one is I am long for doing research in Statistics throughout my life. Its a pleasure to study with a famous teacher like Professor liu, and her invaluable experience and profound knowledge could enlarge my horizon and sparkle my inspiration. Her rigorous attitude toward academic will influence my lifetime. I suppose this is the most important factor in my decision.

Thirdly, I learnt a lot from my job 2010. However, I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value. Life is precious. It is necessary to seize any chance for self-development, especially in this competitive modern world.

In a word, I am looking forward to making a solid foundation for future profession for three years here.

I am from handan , a famous city with a long history over 3,000 years. Which is famous for its idiom. The city lies in the soutern part of the province. It was the center of politics, economy and culture han Dynasty . Many celebrities were born here, for instance, 蔺相如、廉颇、苟子、韩乔生等and so on . . You know, there is a saying that “The greatness of a man lends a glory to a place”. I think the city really deserves it.

Handan City is a good place to travel, such as Jingniang Lake. Huang Liang Meng, Wudang Mountain.AT the same time you can enjoy roast chicken, dumplings, pears,which are famous all over the country.

This is my brief intruduce about hometown, if one day, you came to Handan, let me know and I will be happy to be your tour guide.

There are five members in my family; my parents, my cute twin brother and sister

of 20 years old and me. My father is an e ngineer in a Construction company. He often goes out on business. So most of the housework is done by my industrious mom. Taking a walk at weekends is our common interest. The fresh air and natural beauty can help us get rid of tiredness. They can strengthen our relation, too.During my

pr epareing for coming here,my parents’love and support had always been my power.and I hope in future I wil be able to repay them.my brother and siste now study in Hebei provience. 1 What is your greatest strength?

I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a thing and it turns out just as I’d planned. I’ve set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor’s thesis.

2 What is your greatest weakness?

I'm such a perfectionist that I will not stop until a job is well done.

3 How do you feel about your progress to date?

I think I did well in school. In fact, in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class. As an Data Analyst in the ipso Company, I received some of the highest evaluations that had been given in year 2010.

4 What has been your greatest accomplishment?

My greatest accomplishment is that I was enrolled by hebei University of Economics and Business University in 2006.

5 Tell me about your family.

There are five people in my family, my parents, my older sister and my younger brother. My parents are farmers. They are honest and candid.

6 Describe your experimental skills.

During the past two years, under the strict guidance of my supervisor, I have learned systematically the theory of profession and got the basic manipulative skills about the analysis of of the development of Economic. I have successfully finished the subject “Index Evaluation Analysis of Economic Development onBeijing’s Districts and Counties” and grasped some experimental skills, such as sample extraction, sample clean-up, instrument operation.

7 What’s your hobby?

In my spare time, I like reading and travel. Reading makes me intelligent and travel broaden my horizens.

8为什么想读博,将来愿意从事的方向,读博时的打算?

The most important reason for my further study is that I am long for doing scientific research in Statistics. It is a pleasure to be with my favorite scientific research for lifetime. In a word, I am looking forward to making a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here.

If I have the opportunity to further my study, I will work harder than before and make great achivements in the field scientific research.

9 How do you solve the problems that you meet in the experiment?

If I meet some difficult problems, I could insult my supervisor and search related professional literatures to solve them. Confidence is very important and we should believe in ourselves.

初中英语口语教学现状分析以及解决策略 摘要 05年佛山市初中英语口语考试工作在3月中旬结束,我们欣喜的看到学生的整体口语水平和语感有了明显的提高,欣赏到不少学生纯正、流利的口语和充满感情的朗读。但是我们也不得不承认还有一大部分的学生朗读时在语音、语调、意群等方面把握不好,信息点采集不够准确,甚至还出现滥竽充数等让人哭笑不得的事实。这反映了在我们的教学过程中,对学生口语训练方面的缺乏与轻视,重笔头不重口语,造成了学生普遍存在口语能力水平参差不齐结果。本文主要通过教与学的过程中存在的一些问题,探索初中英语口语训练的方法与策略。 关键词初中英语口语现状训练策略 正文 一、存在问题分析: (一)教学方面 “学习英语应该从娃娃抓起”!近几年来,较发达城市的小学 都开设了英语课程,在游戏中学、在活动中学,以听说为主的教学模式下,培养了一大批“英语小天才”,他们纯正流利的口语,惟妙惟肖的英语表演,都为他们日后的英语学习奠下了很好的基础。可由于没有明确的语音教学要求,学生只能靠教师的课堂教学或教材录音来强硬的记忆单词发音。大多时候英语教师的水平决定了学生英语的水平,教师自觉提高本身的英语口语水平是关键。学生没有掌握语言学习所应具备的基本工具——英语国际音标,有的也多为个别教师的实践操作而已。上了初中以后,升学任务重,语法讲授和知识点的讲解成为主干,拼命赶课时、埋在题海的情况是众所周知的。师生放在口语训练的时间确实少之

(二)学生方面 应试教育也直接影响到学生对英语口语的认识,长期以来的“老师讲,学生听”导致的“哑巴英语”现象使学生口语水平分化十分严重。下面就以05年佛山口语考试的某一篇短文为例,谈谈目前学生英语口语方面存在问题: 1、短文开篇出现了一个让英语教师比较尴尬的情况,United States在学生口里变成了Unit Satellite, Unit star等等,在所评的170份录音答卷中,朗读正确的学生人数竟不到10%。回想原因,也不能全是学生的责任。在初中教材中通常以the USA出现,television以TV出现,还有一些词如desert, Hopi, raise, local(生词),modern, main, telephone, houses, horses, trucks…都是学生比较薄弱的。因此学生朗读起来出现断句,反复的现象,整体感觉不理想,扣分严重。 2、大多数考生朗读时的语音、语调、意群等方面把握不好, 也反映了我们在教学过程中对学生口语训练方面的缺乏与不重视。学生词汇不过关,基础薄弱,学生凭印象记单词,知道中文意思却读不准,语调平淡,唱读等情况较为严重。他们到了9年级,要口语考试了,才来恶补什么是语音语调和重音,怎样分好意群,造成恶性循环,最后以无力回春,失败告终。 3、考生心理素质还需要进一步的辅导。由于考试临场紧张, 主要表现在优秀学生朗读时太快或太慢。有的太小声,murmur的感觉多一点。遇到不熟悉的材料时紧张,朗读不完整、反复、读错单词等现象。 二、解决策略
