摘要施工组织设计是工程项目实施的基本依据，也是项目经理部对工程的了解程度及其施工整体安排的合理性的集中体现。编制好的施组，使之成为真正意义上的施工指导性文件，而非流于形式，是工程项目施工走向正规的必然发展方向。
施工组织设计在工程项目实施工程中起着重要的作用：为建设项目或群体工程的施工做出全局性的战略部署；为做好施工准备工作、保证资源供应提供依据；为组织全工地施工提供科学方案和实施步骤；为施工单位编制工程项目生产计划和单位工程的施工组织设计提供依据。
本论文根据设计单位提供的施工图纸资料、施工项目现场条件和完成项目施工所需的技术、人力、物力资源量，拟定出的施工方案。在技术上、组织上，施工管理运作上，尽可能的做出全面、合理、科学的安排，以保证项目施工优质、高效、经济和安全环保的完成施工任务。

Construction organization design
Abstract Construction organization design is the basis of the project implementation, the project manager for the Ministry of understanding of engineering and its construction concentrated expression of the overall arrangements reasonable. Preparation of good facilities group to make it a true sense of the construction guiding document, rather than a mere formality, inevitable development direction toward formal project construction.
Construction organization design plays an important role in the implementation of the project works: make a global strategic plan for construction projects or groups of projects under construction; provide the basis for the well construction preparation work to ensure the supply of resources; provided for the organization of the whole construction site scientific programs and implementation steps; provide the basis for the preparation of the project of the construction unit production plans and unit project construction organization design.
This thesis is based on the design units, construction drawings, construction project site conditions and completion of project construction required technical, human and material resources amount to prepare a construction plan. Technical, organizational, construction management and
operation, as much as possible to make a comprehensive, rational, scientific arrangement, project construction to ensure high quality, efficient, economic and safety and environmental protection, to complete the construction task.
