一指导思想
本课以新的课程标准为依据，在新课改的背景下按照新课程标准对体育学科的要求，倡导主体性和研究性学习，将高中学生创新与实践能力的培养作为教学的重点。目的是要让学生学会更多的体育锻炼方法;熟悉、懂得更多的体育健康知识;养成自觉参加体育锻炼的习惯，为终身体育打下扎实的基础。因此，我在本节课的整体设计上本着求实、创新、拓宽、探索的思路来展开，注重培养学生的体育意识，使学生能够进行自我学习、自我锻炼和自我评价。
二教材分析及教学策略
双杠是器械体操项目之一，其动作内容丰富，类型全面，对锻炼身体，发展力量素质有着重要的作用。支撑前摆向内转体180度下是双杠典型的支撑摆动转体类动作。其特点是运用支撑摆动、沿身体纵轴转体和依次推杠系列技术的有机结合来完成动作。因此需要学生有较好的支撑控制、定向协调的能力。
成套组合练习是由挂臂屈伸上成分腿坐开始，前进一次并腿前摆成分腿坐，最后弹杠举腿支撑前摆向内转体180度下这三个动作组成。动作虽然不多，但难度较大。整套动作身体上下起伏大，内容包括了挂臂动作和转体动作，要求整套动作连接紧凑、幅度大、姿态美。
二教材分析及教学策略
教学策略：
讲明双杠练习对发展身体机能的意义与作用，提高学生对双杠运动的认识，引导学生积极参与学习。
通过教师示范、讲解、引导学生观察分析动作要点，最后进行实践练习。
在掌握单个动作的基础上，最后练习成套动作。
在保护帮助下学习动作技能体验动作要点，避免伤害事故。
加强安全意识，充分做好专项准备活动。提高学生自我保护意识，学习保护帮助方法，培养学生团结互助。
组织学生相互观察、学习分析、交流体验、共同提高。
三学情分析
本次课的教学对象为高一年级一班、七班的男生。对双杠的练习积极性较高，身体素质、协调能力较好。学生思维活跃，组织性强，能够积极配合教师的授课。
因此，教师在教学中在运用直观示范的同时还采用分析与讨论，个别辅导区别对待等手段。激发学生的学习动机，培养学生自主学习的积极性，注重素质与能力的培养，做到锻炼与育人相结合。
四教学目标
认知目标：通过教学使学生对支撑前摆向内转体180度下的动作进一步形成正确的概念。并结合之前所学习的动作串联成成套动作进行练习。清楚保护与帮助的方法。
技能目标：发展学生的认知能力，进一步改进提高支撑前摆向内转体180度下的技术动作。发展上肢力量及动作协调性。
情感目标：培养学生积极进取、顽强拼搏的精神，以及在集体环境中互相帮助，团结协助的品质，提高学生对身体姿态美的表现能力。
五教学重点与难点
支撑前摆向内转体180度下
重点：支撑摆动移倒重心和转体的时机。
难点：含胸顶肩，扣脚转体，依次推手换握。
成套练习
重点：抓好成套中每个动作的技术要领。
难点：各动作之间的衔接。
六教学方法与手段
方法：根据学生特点以及本次课的重难点，主要采取
1.示范讲解，充分运用场地器材。
2.复习支撑前摆挺身下。
3.由帮助过渡到独立完成转体180度下。
4.重复练习，纠正错误，提高质量。
手段：启发式教学、分层教学、积极评价。
七教学过程
(一) 开始部分：(3’)
军体整队，报告人数。

(二)准备部分：(7’)
①慢跑：教师提出跑动中的具体要求并观察学生的练习情况。学生跑动中速度适中，队伍整齐。队形：两路纵队。2’
②基本体操：教师认真示范讲解清楚，带领学生一起练习。学生根据教师提出的要求，在教师口令的带领下积极进行每一节操的练习。队形：四列横队体操队形。5’目的：通过慢跑培养学生的集体荣誉感，通过基本体操使学生达到全身活动的效果，从而减少受伤事故的发生。
(三)基本部分(30’)
1. 支撑前摆向内转体180度下 15’
动作要点：前摆时：立肩、展髋，上体伸直顶肩，拉开肩角远伸。转体时：摆过杠面再转体，身体重心右移，向右前方伸腿扣髋，以脚带动髋部左转，手臂依次推杠换握。落地时：屈膝缓冲，右手握杠，保持身体平衡。
七教学过程
保护与帮助：站于练习者落地的同侧，先一手扶上臂，一手托送腰前摆，接着顺势两手扶髋帮助转体跳下。
易犯错误与纠正方法：①支撑前摆时屈髋过多，肩角拉不开。纠正方法：多练习支撑摆动和前摆挺身下。②转体时出现倒肩，或身体向前侧偏移太多。纠正方法：在地面多练习支撑前摆向内转体180度，体会动作的前半部分技术。
教学步骤：
①杠上支撑摆动6×1 要求：支撑重心高，在自身能力能控制的范围内尽量摆大。
②支撑前摆挺身下×3要求：前摆幅度大，双手依次换握杠，空中有挺身展髋过程，落地屈膝缓冲。
③支撑前摆向内转体180度下×5要求：教师示范讲解一遍完整动作，并且把动作要领、重点、保护帮助的方法讲解清楚(每位学生练习完，站在双杠一侧为下一位上杠的同学做保护)。组织学生开始练习，教师巡回指导观察学生的练习情况。
教学步骤：
④在练习一轮之后，教师下口令停止练习，各路排头整队。对刚才的练习情况做出总结，并提出错误动作以及纠正方法。最后组织学生再次上杠练习×5次。
⑤再次练习后，教师找出相对练习较好的学生，做示范动作。教师对示范同学进行讲评，学生认真观察教师所找出学生的示范动作，并提出自己的看法和改进建议。
⑥根据学生的示范和教师的讲评，结合自身的实际练习情况进行进一步的改进和提高。

保护帮助：根据每个动作的特点，不断改变站位，变换手法，调整用力。
教学步骤：
①教师通过示范、讲解、等手段清楚讲明完整动作及动作的技术要领和重点。并强调保护帮助的方法。组织学生开始练习×3，教师重点抓好难点动作和新学动作，在此基础上复习巩固提高其动作质量。学生积极参与练习。
②在练习一轮之后，教师下口令停止练习，各路排头整队。对刚才的练习情况做出总结，并提出错误动作以及纠正方法。最后组织学生再次上杠练习×2。
③在练习一轮之后，教师下口令停止练习，各路排头整队。
3. 身体素质练习 5’

将队伍带到空场上，形成四列横队，做操队形。
教师组织学生做好准备姿势，提出练习中的方法、要求和数量。学生清楚教师提出的要求和练习方法。
教师喊口令，学生集体进行练习。
(四)结束部分：(5’)
①教师带领学生做伸拉上肢的放松练习。队形：四列横队，做操队形。
②密集队形集合，教师总结本次课练习效果。
③宣布下课，师生再见，值日生归还器械。

预计课的教学目标基本实现，预计课平均心率：120-140次/分，运动密度40%-55%。
预计教学的技能目标达成：70-80%的学生能够独立完成支撑前摆向内转体180度下，20%的学生完成动作姿势优美、协调规范、有明显腾空转体过程、落地稳定性较好。80-90%的学生能够基本完成成套组合动作。
从而达到发展学生灵敏、协调、柔韧等各方面身体素质。通过成套组合练习，培养学生激发身体能量和增强形象记忆力。学生不仅在身体上得到锻炼，思维能力也得到发展。使不同层次的学生体验到参加体育活动的乐趣，在心理和生理上都有获得成功的喜悦感受。激发了他们参与体育活动的兴趣。同时，学生们互帮互学，增进集体意识和责任荣誉感。与他人的合作及人际关系得到培养，在教学中得到充分锻炼。

双杠——支撑前摆下构思与设计 一、教材分析: 双杠是典型的支撑练习项目。通过双杠的上、下法、动作，对发展上肢、肩带及腰腹肌肉群力量和柔韧性、提高身体的灵敏和协调能力有特殊的作用是其他器械练习所不可替代的。依据水平四的目标和以上分析，该双杠教材可分为六学时进行教学。第一课时：支撑摆动前摆下。 二、学情分析: 八年级学生，生性活泼好动，积极性高, 模仿能力强，正处身心发展的重要的阶段，合理的运动量有助于学生更健康的发展！ 三、教学内容： 1. 游戏一切行动听指挥。 2.支撑摆动前摆下。 3.放松活动 四、教学目的: 1．学生初步了解双杠越杠的动作方法。 2.培养学生的主动性、积极性、创造性，激发学生强烈的体育锻炼欲望。 3.培养学生克服困难、积极进取的优良品质。 五、教学重点:前摆送髋，腿出杠面时推手移重心。 教学难点:摆到垂直部位时腿部发力。 六、教学方法： 本课采用示范、视图、讲解相结合, 直观教学、自由练习等教学方法。 七、教学过程: 为了能把这节课上的更好,我运用音乐进课堂,下面我通过四个部分来加以说明这节课的内容。 1、开始部分：课堂常规。 2、准备部分:学生集合，师生问好，然后进行游戏，目的是从课的开始就使学生对这节课学习的内容感兴趣,注意力集中,有利于教学的任务更好的完成。 3、基本部分: 首先教师讲解示范，使学生建立正确的动作印象，和学生一起探讨保护与帮助的最佳方式；第二，学生自主尝试练习，在观察体验的基础上，学生分四组进行尝试体验，学习动作，教师巡回指导；充分发挥学生的自主性，使学生积极主动的探究动作。 4、结束部分：学生在音乐的伴奏下进行放松活动，在愉快的情绪中结束本课。 八、场地器材：体操垫4块、踏跳板2个、录音机一台、小黑板2块。

一、指导思想： 本次课坚持“健康第一”的指导思想，根据《体育与健康》课程标准水平四的要求，教学中发挥教师的主导作用，从学生身心健康发展需求出发，发挥学生在体育课堂教学中的主体地位，引导和激励学生在练习中积极动脑，勇于创新，互相协作，互相探究。同时通过各项练习教会学生保护与帮助的技能，提高学生德育素养。在练习过程中唤醒学生原有的运动技能，激发学生掌握新技能的积极性、主动性。注重培养学生自主学习、合作健体、探索创新的能力，为终身体育打下良好的基础。 二、教材分析： 双杠起源于德国，是男子竞技体操项目之一，最初为体操训练手段，19世纪40年代成为独立的比赛项目。本次课教学内容是九年级教材中的双杠支撑摆动分腿坐前进，本章共5课时，本节课为第三课时。双杠是初中体育教学中重要的组成部分，双杠学习讲求质量，动作优美，肢体舒展，在练习过程中对促进身体的姿态优美具有很好的作用。通过双杠的上法、摆动、下法、成套动作，对发展上肢、躯干、肩带及腰腹肌肉群力量具有重要的意义，发展身体平衡性、柔韧性、提高身体的灵敏和协调能力及学生的抗恐惧心理的素质。双杠支撑摆动分腿坐前进的教学过程中有要求学生在尝试保护与帮助下完成技术动作，可以培养学生互帮互助，提高保护帮助意识，学习保护帮助的方法以及互相信任、互相协作的优良品质。 三、学情分析： 该年龄段的学生正处在身体生长加速期，朝气蓬勃、富于想象、喜欢挑战，学习积极性高，动作模仿能力较强，有很强的求知欲和创新能力。但学生上肢力量较差，下肢不够灵活，身体平衡性、柔韧性和协调性都有待提高，所以经常参加双杠动作练习，能有效的发展上肢和肩部肌肉。这个年龄的学生已经具备一定的分析问题和解决问题的能力，因此在课堂中教师应该多给学生时间和空间，让他们探讨问题，解决问题，充分显示学生在课堂中的主体地位。 四、教学目标

I’ll be ready to begin this lesson from five parts. Analysis of the teaching material, the teaching methods, the studying methods, the teaching procedure,and Blackboard design.First, let me talk about the teaching material. Part 1 Teaching Material: This passage is about traffic jam. By studying of this passage, we’ll Enable the students to know the serious situation about the traffic around the world and enable the students to learn some words about traffic. At the same time ,Let the students develop reading ability of skimming and scanning. This lesson plays an important part in the English teaching in this module.This is an important lesson in Book Four. From this lesson, it starts asking the Ss to grasp contents of each passage. Therefore, this lesson is in the important position of the teaching material. If the Ss can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the Ss learn the rest of this unit.As we all know ,reading belongs to the input during the process of the language learning. The input has great effect on output , such as speaking and writing . According to the new standard curriculum and the syllabus (新课程标准和教学大纲), after studying the teaching material and analyzing the rule of students’ growing of mind,I think the teaching aims are the followings: 1.Knowledge objects: a)The Ss can hear, read, and use the main sentence patterns b)The Ss can understand the content of the lesson. c)The Ss can use the patterns to express their thoughts in the proper situation. 2.Ability objects: (1) To develop the Ss’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. So in this lesson I’ll mainly use “Communicative” Approach(交际教学法), “Whole language teaching” (整体语言教学法)and “Task-based” language teaching (任务教学法). At the same time, I’ll make use of the modern teaching equipments and all kinds of teaching means, it can develop the Ss’ creativity in learning English. Part 3 Studying Methods: ....
