【摘要】Objective:to investigate thorn complex drawn tank therapy neck shoulder muscle fasci tis method and effect. Methods:200 cases of thorn complex drawn tank therapy neck shoulder muscle fasci tis. The results are not unified treatment due to the standard 10-14 days fol ow-up cure rate 94.5%. Conclusion discuss thorn complex drawn tank therapy neck shoulder muscle fasci tis is to guarantee the key link of does not have a relapse, and at the same time does not affect the whole shape, reduce the complications to improve the quality of life of the patients.%目的：探讨刺络拔罐疗法治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎方法及效果。方法：对200例刺络拔罐疗法治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎。结果：由于目前无统一治疗标准经10-14天随访治愈率达94.5%。结论：探讨刺络拔罐疗法治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎是保证不复发的关键环节，同时不影响整体外形，减少并发症提高患者的生活质量。
