胖AP转瘦AP准备工作（瘦AP转胖AP通用）
1、首先准备瘦（胖）AP的IOS文件
2、准备TFTP的环境。推荐用3CDaemon这个软件，把目录指向要升级的IOS 目录（存放IOS的目录文件夹名字最好不要含中文字符）
这里要显示已经启动才可以
升级没有完成之前，不能关闭此程序。
3、电脑要与无线AP的（Ethernet口）用双绞线连接。
3、电脑主机ip地址设置为子网掩码
4、电脑打开超级终端，用Console线连接到（AP的console口上），以便监控状态。
5、按住ap上的mode键，然后插上电源，等30秒，出现如下提示Xmodem file system is available.

6、（来到这里，看到蓝色这行字，而且看到AP的指示灯变成红色（好像1262是变成红色，1242是变成粉红色）之后，松开mode键，一定要松哦，不松不开始）

（来到这里，把AP电源拔掉，然后回到IOS存放目录里，把IOS名字改成
‘‘）
把IOS改名字这个步骤很关键，必须把后缀是改成”.default”才可以的，本人曾经在这个步骤折腾了几个小时。
如果改了之后，还是显示TAR文件，那么，说明你没改名成功，如果是继续灌IOS的话，会出现

当显示成DEFAULT文件时才可以的，
（改文件后缀小技巧：如果当你发现你自己明明把后缀改后之后，再去灌IOS 的时候，发现还是出错的时候，那无可质疑，你实际上没修改成功，这跟电脑系统有关，因为我试过在笔记本上面修改后缀灌IOS，失败，但是在台式机上面，按原来的方法修改后缀，就成功了，你说奇怪不奇怪，后来，终于被我发现了，
下面也跟着我的步骤来吧：
我的电脑-工具-文件夹选项-查看将隐藏已知文件类型的扩展名前的复选框对勾去掉，然后直接重命名文件的后缀扩展名即可，修改后会提示你更改扩展名可能会导致文件不可用...这个不用管它

看到图片，你会发现的确没有改错。

现在把文件名后面的“.Tar”去掉
点击“是”。
真正修改后是这么显示的
改IOS以后，接下来
7、重复步骤5、6
8、大功告成
