拆卸和装配
Working point on disassembly拆卸要点
2.1
(1) When removing or installing the wheel,
pay attention not to damage the threads of
wheel nuts and hub bolts caused by disc
wheel.注意：在拆卸和安装车轮时，不要
使车轮辐板损坏了车轮螺母的螺纹和轮毂螺
栓。

(1) Use an adjusting nut wrench.使用专用调整
螺母扳手

(2) Use a rear hub puller to remove the hub
assembly.
使用后轮毂拉出器来拆除轮毂总成。Disassembly拆卸
(3) Remove the outer races of inner and outer
bearing of hub by lightly applying hammer to the inner and outer races.通过用锤子轻轻的敲击内外轴承外圈来拆卸内外轮毂轴承外圈。

(4) Insert the hub oil seal by tapping with oil s
eal inserting tool (replacer). 用专用工具将轮毂油封轻轻敲入

(5) Refill the genuine bearing grease to the
hub.
轮毂内重新加注原厂使用的轴承润滑脂
Bearing grease refill capacity: 1,150g 轴承润滑脂的填充量：1150克 Assembly 安装 (6)
Adjust the preload to the specified value by use of adjusting nut.
用调整螺母来调整轴承预紧载荷，使其达到规定值。
Caution 注意
?
Back
off
the
adjusting
nut
approximately 60 degrees. 预紧后，调整螺母应反向旋转约 60度 ?
When adjusting the preload, pay attention not to scratch the brake lining or drum.
在调整轴承预紧载荷时，注意不要损坏制动器摩擦片和制动鼓。 Clearance between brake lining and drum: 0.2~0.3mm 制动器摩擦片和制动鼓之间的间隙是：
0.2－0.3mm

Align the groove on axle housing with the adjusting nut hole, and install the
lock plate.
在锁止垫圈上的孔和调整螺母上的孔对正的情况下，将锁止垫圈内侧的凸起对正桥壳上的键槽并将锁止垫圈安装上。
Caution 注意 ?
When the holes for the lock plate and the adjusting nut are not aligned with each other, back off the adjusting nut more than 10 degrees to install the lock plate.
在锁止垫圈上的孔和调整螺母上的孔没有对正的情况下，要把调整螺母反转10度来安装锁止垫圈

After installing the lock plate, make sure that the preload is within the maintenance standards.
安装锁止垫圈后，要确保预紧载荷在保养标准内
Hub bearing preload: 6~8kg
轮毂轴承预紧载荷：6～8kg Assembly 安装 (8)
Refill the grease as followings. 填充润滑脂的方法如下：

Pinch the protrusion on hub oil seal with
pliers and pull out.
用钳子夹紧轮毂油封上的凸起并把油封拔出来
Caution 注意 ?
Do not reuse the hub oil seal. 不要重复使用轮毂油封 ?
Do not pry the seal contact face or oil seal with a screwdriver or other tool. 不要用螺丝刀或其它工具橇动油封的密封接触面或油封。
3.Disassembly & Reassembly
拆卸＆安装 Note 注意
Completely clean the disassembled parts with cleansing solution. Check that there are no cracks or damage on the mounting surfaces. If damaged, replace with new ones.
用清洗液彻底清洁拆卸下来的零部件。检查安装表
面是否有裂纹或损坏。如有损坏，应及时更换新的
部件。
