Do you know about PE class in Canada?
It’s different from that in China.
I have my PE class every morning from
8:40 to 10 am. We all need to get changed and
run around the school to warm up. Then, the
teacher decides what to do for that day.
We can go to the weight room. There is a
lot of equipment (器材) for us to exercise our
muscle s (肌肉). We often spend about 30
minutes there. After that, we can go to the gym
and play ball games. Girls may do yoga or join
the boys to play soccer or American football. If
we don’t want to move, we can lie in the playgr ound and enjoy the sunshine.
If the teacher lets us stay in the gym, we practice different ball games. At the end of each unit we have a written test about the rules of ball games. There are 20 “True or False” questions. We also have skill (技巧) tests. It may be a ball competition or some movements.
