摘要针对EAST快控电源系统中空心电抗器运行时产生的磁场对周围电子设备干扰的问题,提出利用金属网屏蔽磁场的理论,通过解析计算得到单层和双层金属网屏蔽时屏蔽系数的表达式。参照现场实物建立多个三维模型,选择不同材料(DT4A, GO, 1008steel)的金属网,采用三维有限元和Matlab仿真的方法,获得电抗器周围柜体屏蔽前后磁通密度的分布情况,进而分析了屏蔽系数与网孔数目、激励频率、距离的关系。结果表明,单层金属网屏蔽时,DT4A的屏蔽效果最好;双层金属网屏蔽时,DT4A/GO的屏蔽效果最好。总体而言,双层比单层屏蔽更加有效。

对进一步研究空心电抗器的安全运行具有重要意义。

Abstract In experimental advanced superconducting Tokamak (EAST) power system, the magnetic field can cause interference of the magnetic field to the surrounding electronic equipment in operation of air core reactor. In this paper, the theoretical analysis of shielding magnetic field of metal mesh is presented. The expressions of shielding factor of single layer metal mesh and double layer metal mesh are obtained by analytical calculation. Based on the physical model, a number of 3D models are established. The metal mesh of different materials (DT4A, GO, 1008steel) is selected as a shield. Using three-dimensional finite element method and Matlab simulation and flux density distribution around the shield cabinet were obtained. Then, analysis of the shielding coefficient and the three influencing factors, three factors are number of mesh, excitation frequency and distance. The results show that the shielding effect of DT4A is best when the single metal mesh is shielded, and the shielding effect of DT4A/GO is best when the double metal mesh is shielded. Overall, the double layers are more effective than single layer shields. To further study the safety operation of the air core reactor is of great significance.
