”正说着，班长走了过来，一本正经地说：“老师让你下课去她办公室一趟。

怀着忐忑不安的心情，我来到了老师的办公室。

老师坐在办公桌前，正在批改作业。

看到我进来，她放下手中的笔，抬起头看着我，眼神中没有了课堂上的严厉，反而多了几分关切：“知道我为什么叫你来吗？”我低着头，小声说道：“老师，我知道错了，上课不该走神。

”老师轻轻叹了口气：“我知道高中的学习压力大，但是上课认真听讲是最基本的。

你要调整好自己的作息时间，保证充足的睡眠，这样才能提高学习效率。

”我连连点头，心里暗暗发誓，以后一定不再犯这样的错误。

从老师办公室出来后，我感觉心情格外沉重。

回到教室，我拿出课本，认真地听起课来。

接下来的几节课，我都全神贯注，不敢有丝毫懈怠。
