糖尿病性视网膜病变的眼科护理干预

[摘要] 目的对存在糖尿病性视网膜病变（简称DR病症）的患者予以良好的眼科护理，探究临床实际护理效果。方法选取2014年9月—2015年9月存在DR病症的166例患者作为实际研究对象，依据计算机随机分配方式将其划分为均等数量的两组，分别是实验组以及对照组，每组各有患者83例，对实验组83例患者予以整体化新型眼科护理，而给予对照组83例患者实施常规护理。对比不同护理方式基础上两组患者实际视力状况以及护理满意度。结果
实验组经过整体化新型眼科护理之后，实际满意率高达98.7%；而对照组在常规护理之后实际满意率是79.5%；此外相较于对照组而言实验组患者在护理后视力状况相对较好。结论对于存在DR病症的相关患者予以整体化新型眼科护理效果较为良好，因此可将该种整体护理应用于现今眼科临床实践中。

[Abstract] Objective Patients with diabetic retinopathy（DR disorder referred to） be of good eye care， to explore the effect of nursing clinical practice. Methods September 2014 to September 2015 the presence of DR 166 patients with the condition as the actual object of study， based on a computerized random allocation will be divided into two groups of equal number， namely， the experimental group and control group， each group 83 patients， 83 patients of the experimental group to be a whole new type of eye care， while 83 patients in the control group given the implementation of routine care. Comparison of different ways of care on the basis of two groups of patients and health care vision real satisfaction. Results The results of the experimental group after a whole new eye care， the real satisfaction rate of 98.7%； the control group after the actual routine care satisfaction rate was 79.5%； in addition， compared to the control group in terms of the experimental group patients after treatment visual acuity relatively it is good. Conclusion For the existence of DR-related disorder patients be holistic new eye care effect is more good， it can be applied to this kind of holistic nursing ophthalmology clinical practice today.
