WE SEE IT ORGANIZING THE GROUND OF THE WHOLE SITE. THEREFORE THE PODIUM WILL BE CONTINUATION OF THE VILLAGE
低層建築的面積僅是總面積的15%。但是,它能有效地組織地面的空間和帶動整個基地的活動發展。因此, 我們把低層建築和裙樓結合起來,增強它的組織力量。

低層建築的設計概念:把中國的庭院體驗加入規劃中
UNLIKE WIDE AND NARROW STREET (寬窄巷子) OR JIN LI (錦里), WHERE THE EXPERIENCE IS MOSTLY INSIDE THE LOT, BUT NOT SO MUCH AT THE PUBLIC SPACE
不同於寬窄巷子和錦里, 空間的體驗多數發生在不同庭院中, 但較少體驗於公共空間

PART OF THE REASON IS DUE TO
部份的原因是因為:
- OUR SITE IS SMALLER THAN WIDE AND NARROW STREET (寬窄巷子)
我們的基地是小於寬窄巷子
- OUR VILLAGE PART IS NARROW (WIDTH)
低層建築部份較窄
THEREFORE WE ORGANIZE THE LARGE COURTYARD LOT ONLY ON ONE SIDE AND PLACE SMALLER LOT ON THE NORTH SIDE
所以我們只把大面積的庭院放在其中一邊, 北面則放置面積
