热处理对镍基高温合金M963的显微组织和拉伸性能的影响
摘要
固溶处理对800℃时M963镍基高温合金拉伸性能的影响已经做过研究。通过能量损耗X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析，对其详细的显微组织，断裂图面和位错结构也已经做了检验。随着固溶处理温度的提高，屈服强度和最终的拉伸强度增加，而延伸率则降低了。显微组织的观察表明随着固溶处理温度的提高碳化物、初生γ′和重结晶γ′相的形态有了极大的改变。当固溶处理温度低于1220℃时，主要的变形模式是γ′BY-PASS，在1230℃时就变成γ′剪切。在所有的测试条件下，碳化物基体的表面是裂纹出现和增生的主要部位。

1 引言
由于γ′沉淀强化和固溶强化的镍基高温合金的优异的抗蠕变、抗腐蚀和疲劳强度特性，其已经通过各种不同的形式在高温环境中得到应用。现在很多研究主要集中在热处理对生产用高温合金的显微组织和蠕变性能的影响，但是对其拉伸性能的影响却受到限制。作为气体涡轮发动机的叶片和刀片的材料，M963里面包含大量的难熔的元素如钨、钼和铌等。有报导称常规的固溶处理合金在800℃是有低的韧性。在其他的高温合金中这种情况也被发现了。但是，到目前为止，人们对改善一些高温合金的韧性还没有引起关注。我们这次工作就是通过试验热处理对800℃时M963镍基高温合金显微组织和拉伸性能的影响来找到一种方法改善这种合金在800℃的韧性。
2 实验步骤
在表1中列出了这次所使用的M963合金的化学成分。其中微量元素的含量为含磷百万分之八，含硫百万分之十，含氧百万分之三，含氮百万分之六。中间合金在VIM25F真空炉里重新熔融然后浇铸成试验棒。其中一些用做铸造条件下，其他的分别在1200、1210、1220、1230℃温度下固溶处理4小时然后空冷。热处理的温度应该控制在±1℃之内。作拉伸测试的试样应为5㎜直径，长25㎜的来自
铸造和固溶处理的试验棒，而且被纵向机械加工过。在800℃环境下做拉伸实验用SHIMADZU普通测试仪器Autograph AG-250KNE，而且要求有附加的燃烧室。试样要感应加热，在长度方向上温度梯度不超过2℃，延伸率直接记录在X-Y记录仪上。应变速率保持在0.5㎜/min直到屈服，屈服后要达到2.5㎜/min。在每个温度条件下至少要测试三种试样。

在Philip EM420透射电镜中观察。透射试样在-30℃，电流为30mA含7％高氯酸和93％乙醇的溶液中通过双喷法电解。断裂图面观察使用Cambridge S360扫描电镜。
3 实验结果
3．1 拉伸性能
合金M963在800℃在不同的固溶处理温度下的拉伸性能可以通过图1看出来。这种铸造合金在800℃有最低的强度但是延伸率确实最好的。固溶处理显著的增强了合金的屈服强度和最终的拉伸强度，而延伸率有一个下降。随着固溶温度的不断提高，屈服强度和拉伸强度不断增加，延伸率不断下降。

3．2 显微组织
铸造合金M963的显微组织包含γ相，γ＇沉淀相，γ+γ＇共晶组织和MC碳化物。MC碳化物呈现一种离散的块状的分布，这种分布是可以看成是一种排列很好的中国手写体的形态，而且该碳化物位于树枝晶区，形成一种连续的网络。这种碳化物的形态在高温合金Mar-M509中也被观察到了。EDS分析图明MC碳化物中富含铌和钛，它们的质量分数分布是：钛46.88，铬1.02，镍4.85，铌29.05，钼3.63，钨14.57. γ＇晶粒在树枝晶区（见图2c）很粗大而且分布不均匀。但是，它在树枝晶中心（见图2d）很细小，分布很规则，晶粒平均尺寸是0.9μm，体积分数大约是38.5%。通过透射电子显微镜观察（见图3a）显示原始的MC碳化物具有不规则外形是个面心立方结构（见图3b），该碳化物还和机体呈现立方的取向关系：{110}

图4表明在固溶处理过程中碳化物析出。一种鲜明的析出沉淀和灰色的析出沉
淀物，还有一层包围着碳化物的沉淀在图4a中可以看到。在我们选择区域的衍射花样（见图4b）显示灰色的析出沉淀是MC碳化物，白色的是M
6

C碳化物。与此同时，大量的针状（见图4c）的和球状的（见图4e）晶粒析出在树枝晶中心区域。通过沉淀物选择区域的衍射花样（见图4d和f）可以知道，
它们都是M
6
C型碳化物。
正如在图5里面显示的那样，随着固溶处理温度的不断升高，该合金的显微组织发生了极大的变化。首先，包围碳化物的γ＇层的大小，γ+γ＇共晶组织和手
C碳化物的数量增加。第三，写体状的MC碳化物逐渐地减少。其次，转变而来的M
6
粗大的原始γ＇相的晶粒的大小和数量在靠近碳化物附近渐渐减少，γ+γ＇共晶组织在较低的温度（见图5a-c）也渐渐减少，在1230℃（见图5d）完全的减小。
在空冷过程中，很多的γ＇相晶粒在树枝晶区重新沉淀。随着固溶处理温度的不断提高（见图6a-d），重新沉淀的γ＇相晶粒逐渐增多。固溶处理温度对原始的和重新沉淀的γ＇相晶粒的大小和体积分数的影响可以通过图2看出。

3．3 断面显微组织
高温合金M963的断面在不同条件下拉伸试验后在800℃失效的组织在表7中可以看到。一般来说，断面显微组织显示了在所有条件下的解理的断裂方式。铸造高温合金的断面表现的是花一样的解理断裂形态和大量的与断裂相关的凹痕（见图7a）。而固溶处理的高温合金的断裂行为显示了混合的话一样的解理断裂和多面的有凹痕的解理断裂（见图7b-d）。随着固溶处理温度的升高，多面的裂纹增多。
在1230℃简单固溶处理的断面包含了很多的细小的平面（见图7e），这些断面的大小和γ＇的很接近，主要的断裂的方式是解理断裂。

3．4 变形后的结构
从图8可以看出变形后在不同温度条件下固溶处理的合金位错结构在800℃失效。高密度的位错在铸造条件下（见图8a）被阻断在γ区域。当在较低的温度固溶处理时，大多数缠结的位错在γ区域内，但是堆垛断层条纹却可以看到在铸造区域内看到（见图8b-d）。位错运动被限制在γ区域的连接滑移带中，这样的变形是不均匀的。在1230℃，位错密度很低，很多切断γ＇晶粒的位错对可以在图8e 中被观察到。
4 讨论
铸造高温合金M963是由镍基的奥氏体基体，γ＇析出相，手写体形状的碳化物网格和γ+γ＇共晶组织组成。在固溶处理后，几种显微组织的变化也发生了。

随后的空冷过程中大量的及其细小的重新沉淀的γ＇析出相。随着固溶处理温度的不断提高，碳化物的数量减少，而它的形状则逐渐地从条带状变成块状的，γ＇
析出层和原始的γ＇相都减少，重新沉淀的γ＇相的体积分数却增加了。这些现象表明了固溶处理溶解了碳化物和原始的γ＇相，这样就增加了合金化元素在基体中的含量，如钨，钼，铌，钛等等，而且这样在随后的空冷过程中也增加了重新沉淀的γ＇相的数量。所以在800℃的时候不管是屈服强度还是抗拉强度都增大，而延伸率却下降了。

由于在铸造合金中γ＇相的尺寸很大，位错来剪切γ＇相是很困难的。这样就使应力激发位错去弯曲γ＇相。这种变形是相当均匀的，大量的凹痕在断裂表面可以观察到。当固溶处理在较低的温度时（小于等于1220℃），位错主要是被阻断在γ＇区域的滑移带中，这时的变形是不均匀的。从断裂表面的观察可以看出，这些微观组织是由拥有很多凹痕和裂纹平面的碳化物和γ＇相的韧性区域组成的，这些裂纹平面会随着固溶处理的温度的升高而增多。上面提到的微观组织结构的特征是和在随着固溶处理温度的提高，观察到的伸展的减少相吻合的。当在1230℃固溶处理时，γ＇相是很小的，位错剪切γ＇也很容易，很多的位错切断γ＇的现象都可以被观察到。此外，这时的断面的微观结构完全是有碳化物平面和γ＇相组成的。沿着手写体形态的MC碳化物界面的裂纹和沿着基体的γ＇相增殖很容易，这样最低的延伸率就被观察到了。

碳化物对于材料性能的影响是一个对立的形式，强化晶粒和树枝晶界，就会阻碍界面迁移，锁住位错就会硬化基体。从另一方面来说，这些和基体连接的界面就成了断裂的原始区域了。在本文中，从透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜的观察中我们可以看到在M963合金的显微组织中有大量的碳化物晶粒的出现。同时，EDS分析同样表明了有数量很多的碳化物在断裂的表面出现。这些碳化物可以定性
地认为是MC和M
6C，它们在晶粒界面和基体中都被发现了。这些碳化物很稳定，在
高温下对合金有很好的强化效应。但是，被驱散在基体中的粗大的碳化物晶粒可以看作是在碳化物和基体界面引起微孔的因素，这就会导致基体在韧性断裂过程中的凹痕，而且裂纹增殖在这个过程中也很容易，同时引起了断面的解理特征。在变形的过程中，碳化物本身的开裂也可以观察到（见图9）。
图9 固溶处理后断裂表面的裂开的碳化物的扫描电镜显微照片当固溶处理在较低的温度时（小于等于1220℃），γ＇相包围着转变来的碳化物，很多的原始γ＇晶粒在靠近碳化物和γ+γ＇共晶组织的地方被观察到。在变形过程中，这些晶粒可以有效地缓和碳化物周围的应力集中。正如在图4中看到的，在靠近碳化物和γ＇层的地方位错密度是很低的(见图4a)，而高密度的位错则在碳化物和外层的γ＇相周围(见图4c)。随着固溶处理温度的提高，γ＇层和原始的γ＇相逐渐地溶解，在1230℃的时候就完全地减少了。由此，为了保持M963合金在800℃时的强度和韧性，它的上限的古榕处理的温度是1210℃。
5 结论
随着固溶处理温度的提高，在800℃时，合金的抗拉强度是提高的，而韧性却在下降。为了获得最佳的强度和韧性的结合，特别是在800℃时的，M963合金的固溶处理温度不应超过1210℃。

不断增加，而γ＇层和原始的γ＇相确实在逐渐减少。
当固溶处理在较低的温度时（小于等于1220℃），高密度的位错这要位于在γ区域的滑移带中，这是的变形是不均匀的。在1230℃时，许多的位错剪切了γ＇沉淀，在所有条件下的裂纹特性在断裂表面都可以观察到。
