4月份，城关镇非访量有所反弹，信访工作在全市排名落后，拖了全市后腿，有负领导的重托和期望。在深感愧疚和自责的同时，我们认真查找了存在的问题：

我校作为一所高完中，在三月份的抽考中英语成绩落后，作为
****中学一员，我们感到深深的耻辱。痛定思痛，我们作了深刻的检讨。出现这种情况，我认为主要有以下几个方面的原因：
一、初二级老师调整大，学生受波动影响。201X年秋季学期开学上课一段时间，罗万秀老师才调走，影响了我们安排老师的计划，更严重的是高中部郑月富老师在10月份因不慎骑自行车摔断了大腿，无法上课，我们不得不把本来安排上初二的邓丽华老师调上高中的课程，原先的初中的老师就很缺乏，在这种情况下不得不把初二的九个班压缩成八个班。学科老师也做了相应的调整，这样学生也受到了比较大的影响。十月底，钦州师院安排实习老师到我校顶岗实习，也刚好是顶初二

三、我们初中部的老师缺乏危机意识。长期以来，我校中考或其他考试，往往在县上排名都不错，各科获奖的老师也不少。慢慢地，少部分老师就放松了思想，教学工作中出现了松懈现象，造成了个别班某些科目成绩整体比较差。
四、我们的教学管理的力度不够。初二级班级学生变动大，而我们的教学领导却未能及时深入指导班主任工作，对初二级的科任老师的教学管理不严，课堂听课不够多，未能及时发现存在的问题，对学生的班风管理还不到位，造成初二级学生的学风纪律比较差。
为了改变我校初中的落后面貌，我们计划下个阶段做以下整改。
一、首先，教学领导加强对科任老师教学工作的监督和指导，深入课堂听课，及时做好老师的教学指导工作，提高课堂教学的有效性；了解学生的思想动态，及时做好学生的思想稳定工作。
