Detailed packing list in 2 copies shall be enclosed in each package of the Contract Goods. 賣方應對合同貨物用新的堅固的木質包裝箱或標準集裝箱包裝，並對合同貨物採取防潮、防雨、防銹、防腐蝕、防震動以及防止其他損壞的必要保護措施，從而保護合同貨物能夠經受多次搬運、裝卸及遠洋、航空和內陸的長途運輸。合同貨物的每個包裝箱中應帶上2份詳細的裝箱單。 In case the Seller use wooden package it shall be free from any insect infestation and with mark of “IPPC”. Should insect infestation or no “IPPC” mark be found in quarantine inspection, the Seller shall bear all the costs and expenses thus incurred, such as fumigation or replacement of package at the Port of Unloading, etc. 如果賣方選用木質包裝，包裝箱應為沒有昆蟲感染的，並且具有“IPPC”標誌。如果在檢疫檢查時發現昆蟲感染或包裝箱上沒有“IPPC”標誌，賣方應承擔由此引起的全部費用，如卸貨港口的薰蒸或更換包裝的費用等。 The Seller shall be liable for any damage of the Contract Goods due to improper packing and inadequate protective measures. 賣方應對包裝不當和防護措施不足造成的合同貨物損害負責。 6.SHIPPING MARK/嘜頭： The Seller shall conspicuously mark in english printed words on each package with a fadeless paint the consignee, package number, gross weight, net weight, measurement and warning such as “Right Side Up”, “Handling With Care”, “Keep Dry” as well as the shipping mark: 賣方應在每一包裝箱上用不可擦除的油漆用英語印刷體字樣明顯地標出收貨人、件號、毛重、淨重、尺寸、警示語如“此端向上”、“小心輕放”、“保持乾燥”及嘜頭： Should the Contract Goods weigh 2 (two) or over 2 (two) metric tons, the weight, gravity center and lifting position thereof shall be marked as well as the above shipping mark. 如果合同貨物的重量在2噸或2噸以上，應在包裝箱標注“重量”、“重心”和“起吊點”和以上的運輸標記。
