觉得英语作文字数有点多呀，平时学校里都写不到那么长的。。。
我平时也挺闲的
所以想适当地练习一下
而且我想这个大家多少还是有点印象的吧
说个大概也行
所以就请学长们多指点指点啦

印象最深的是我一直准备的是各种议论文结果考的是记叙文。。
我记得我们考时二选一
1.描述一件事使你改变了对残疾人的看法
2.你希望中国在未来能有哪些变化
字数是300字
我们省二选一。。。。。
1、写一件事来体现你的耐心。。（记不清了。。反正和patient有关）
2、写一个喜欢的明星或电影什么的吧。。。
大概这样。。

关于新加坡作文的一些方法
（先声明：我自己的作文不是很好）
1．新加坡没有in a word的说法，所以写作文的时候，不要写，他们认为这是错的。可以说in short或者in conclusion。
2．新加坡没有what’s more的说法，这个也不要写，他们也会认为是错的。
3．新加坡人不喜欢又臭又长的句子，一个句子最好不要超过20个单词（超了也可以），所以不用故意写那些老长老长的某某从句（如果是情况需要，也可以写，比较你不能一篇300字的简单句……那就是显示咱的水平洼了）
4．新加坡喜欢结构清楚的文章，所以在写议论文的时候，第一段，点题，写出中心论点。
之后，展开，争取每段开始都是该段的中心句。最后，写一个conclusion，再点出论点。5．作文一定要写的清楚明白，单词不用写那些特别难的，当然，如果你词汇量够大，写出来也是可以的。
关于作文题目
一般新加坡都会有两道题，让你选一个写。限时30分钟，300字。（英语一共2小时，前一个半小时，考除了作文之外的题，然后收卷子，发作文的卷子，给半个小时写作文。）
关于议论文
建议按照雅思来复习（整个英语都可以按雅思来复习，但是不用花太多是时间在上面，英语大家都不会，这个不是短期能提高的），也可以按托福来复习，托福的好处就是，托福的作文是有题库的，而且，据说某年出过里面的原题。
考前要多练练笔，可以准备一下以下的话题（仅供参考）

关于学校生活的（什么住宿，师生关系的）
关于人生决定的（什么喜欢什么，做过最大的决定是什么之类的）

就是记叙一件事，很弱智~比如，去过哪玩，有意义的经历之类的~
附1：英语前1.5小时的题目类型
英语：最BT的一科（表要告诉我你不了解BT的概念）
1—10 单选... 词汇... 完全蒙... （所以个人建议：与其背单词，不如考试前多做点好人好事，攒点人品）
11—20 改错：eg：He is an teacher A B C N （Ｎ就是没有错误）

21—35 选词填空（给你一堆单词，一个一个的挑着往一篇文章挖出的空里填）36—50 像完形填空一样但是没有选项...

英语有一张答题纸，所以答案一要写在答题纸上，但是不用2B铅笔，纯手写。
作文题目在另一张纸上，而且这张纸，就是答题纸
到新加坡的好处是容易适应, 双语国家,治安较好, 气候常年在25度至32度之间,风俗习惯与中国南方差不多, 大学世界有名, 实验条件比国内好.夸系做实验较容易.与西方教育无缝隙接轨,不论是语言或是教程.
作文部分30分钟之内写写300字，有两个题目任选一个来写。一般都会和个人以及个人经历有关。不要花太长时间选题目和构思文章，5分钟已经基本是极限了。多于5分钟你的作文有写不完的危险！！！找最熟悉的，关键是有话可说，不要写到一半卡壳就不好了。至于文采句式方面发挥自己极限吧，但不要浪费太长时间斟酌，关键是把文章写完！！！我就差点写不完文章了……

我本来就不是牛人一次5.5 一次6.5 和一下就考7的比不了我专业不是英语四级也低空飞过而且阅读很不幸的从6.5降到了6 实在连平常水平都不到人家都是阅读7788的

看了慎小嶷的《十天突破雅思写作》写得真挺好的
然后把剑567的“very good example”认真抄了一遍学思路句法用词
然后发现逻辑清晰最重要词就那些无所谓单词量（只针对写作）
小作文我是上过张驰新的作文课他讲得基本上无人能超越了这是我上了三个老师的作文课得出的结论
我没给上面两位老师打广告我只是凭心而论也很感激

4、英语：这个就是完全靠基础的科目。不过不可否认的是，所有的人都会在考前开始疯狂的背单词，然而收效依旧不是非常大（成效肯定有）。英语考试是个时间超级长的科目，我们是考两个半小时。前两个小时是第一份卷子，考的是单选，首字母填词，介词填空，阅读（两篇，每篇A4一页多一点这样），阅读理解有选择题和考察单词的。感觉最简单的是阅读还有介词填空。第一卷的时间还是很足够的，不用着急。第二卷是一篇作文，要求250-300字左右，是把第一卷收上去以后再发的第二卷，然后半个小时收卷。题目有两个，可以任选一个，一般不会出现作文题目看不懂的情况。时间比较紧，习惯打稿的同学只好牺牲一下了。一般来说略微思考一下就要准备下笔，否则很可能写不完。写文章的时候注意字写清楚，但是没必要刻意追求漂亮的字体而减慢速度，新加坡人不像中国人那样注重字体的美观，只需要看上去清晰就好。由于我完全看不懂单选，所以我也不知道难度如何，但是填词以及阅读的难度大致介于大学四级和专业四级之间。
其实英语这个东西确实比较难准备，但是为了求个心安，同时尽量提高成效，我们还是要有点目的性的。对于单词就没什么好说的了，其实这个就是看平时的积累，突击基本没有什么用，而且你进了考场以后会发现单选10题你能看懂的只有一半左右，而且更要命的是四个选项没有一个看得懂（很多人这样，不是个别现象），背单词其实没什么用，但是不背是不行的，所以，只能自己适量了。然后就是说一下作文的问题。
结论2.4.1：作文主要是要提高速度，控制字数。
我就不多做解释了，当时我从考场出来的时候，我们全考场40多个人，大概有十几个说没有写完的，或许是字数太多，又或许是速度不够快，因为平时我们习惯于20分钟写100字，所以速度需要有意识的提高。然后就是字数一定要够，虽然你没有时间数，但是看上去一定要足够多，否则对你的分数会有很大的影响。
结论2.4.2：可以看一看适量的雅思作文，但是也仅仅是认真看一看稍微记一记而已。
雅思作文是议论性的，但是我们去年SM2的考试作文是记叙性的。而且，我们大部分人的运用能力完全达不到雅思的要求（少数牛X的，你不看也应该会写），因此，看雅思作文基本没有什么用处，我们需要学习的就是英文作文的总分总结构，还有就是那些常用的支持自己观点的表达方法，来预防议论文重新被考到。新加坡人喜欢总分总这样的结构，我们现在在这边上课也都是这样要求的。所以，写文章的时候不要过分强调各种文采的表达，不要像写中文那样过渡个一大段，努力把文章写的清晰明白逻辑清晰才是最关键的。如果这次考到了议论文，每写一个观点都要有自己的supporting example之类的，不然新加坡人会说你写文章没有说服力。尤其注意一点，尽量少出现语法错误！
然后剩下的英语就是看你的积淀了。如果你语感够好，阅读做起来还是比较轻松的，做的时候尽量填上所有的空，大部分的空都是可以蒙的。考试的时候不要担心时间，前面已经说过第一卷的时间是足够的，阅读第一遍看不懂就看第二遍，一定要耐心，不要被单选和阅读里面的生词吓到，只要认真看，至少能看懂大意。
