[Abstract] The health family planning institutions are reforming，and the exploration of maternal and infant healthcare and family planning technical service new model is of important realistic significance. How to realize the double functions of health and family planning office，give play to the advantages of the internet，realize the sharing and intercommunication of technology，talent，equipment，business and information and reach the effect of 1+1>2 has been actively explored and conducted by this county and the new model of “a whole six common” of maternal and infant healthcare and family planning technological service can promote the deep integration of maternal and infant healthcare and family planning service，which is conductive to the successful operation of health family planning.

從职能上讲，妇幼保健与计划生育分属于卫生与计生两个不同的范畴。自2013年国家计生委印发《优化整合妇幼保健和计划生育技术服务资源的指导意见》后，妇幼保健和计划生育技术服务合作的新模式逐步被探索和应用。该县通过积极探索和试点运行，对妇幼保健和计划生育技术服务采取“一体六共”新模式，促成了妇幼保健和计划生育技术服务的深度融合，有利于卫生计生的工作顺利进行。
1 实施“一体六共”，建立妇幼保健和计划生育技术服务新模式
管理机构一体：以市妇幼保健机构为主体单位，各县区街区理顺妇幼保健机构与计划生育机构的关系，将计划生育机构并入妇幼保健机构，以各县区街区妇幼保健划生育服务站为成员单位。按照服务的设施完整化，操作流程规范化、环境温馨化、个性新颖化、团队高效化的标准，加快妇幼保健机构与计划生育机构的建设进程，加大资源的整合力度，在保证基础稳定的前提下，逐渐扩大整合的范围，实现对妇幼保健机构与计划生育机构的双重职效的一体化管理。
技术共有：在核心医院成立4大部门，分别为妇科保健部门、幼儿科保健部门、孕产科保健部门和计划生育技术服务部门，并设立多个特色科室，逐步实现“科有专医、医有所长、病有专药”的格局。例如成立的高龄孕产妇门诊，错时门
