知识传承的重要性和管理要点

【摘; 要】通过近年来越来越多的总结、研究和逐渐应用，许多研究人员和管理者已经认识到，知识管理是企业管理的核心，进一步探讨何为知识管理的核心，可以发现，知识传承是知识管理的核心。知识传承是各类管理工作和企业问题的根，它是企业管理重中之重的内容。识别、收集、保存和传播是做好知识传承的四大关键步骤。
【Abstract】Through more and more summary， research and gradual application in recent years， many researchers and managers have realized that knowledge management is the core of enterprise management. Further discussion on what is the core of knowledge management can be found that knowledge inheritance is the core of knowledge management. Knowledge inheritance is the root of all kinds of management work and enterprise problems， and it is the most important content of enterprise management. Identification， collection， preservation and dissemination are the four key steps of knowledge inheritance.
